Fantastic food hot and ready withing minutes! Great crew of employees. Their air conditioner wasn't working well so I can't imagine working behind the fryers. It was fine to us eating in lobby. So great customer service!Negatives- bathroom smelled like mold/mildew. Like hold your breath. Looked like they pulled out a sink. So thinking there was probably work being done
I had to try popeyes while i was in Lousiana!! Compared to what we have up here in Illinois, the Popeyes down south surely tasted better.Place was clean. Services was fairly quick. You can order at the counter or place an order through the kiosk.Probably the last time i have popeyes while on vacation, but it was worth it to curb my curiosty.
I guess someone was trying to be funny…who eats this much mayo on a sandwich. I didn’t expect much anyway, and somehow still got disappointed. Trash.
food was good. rude service I ordered take out, they have it to me on a tray. When I politely asked for a bag, she pointed across the lobby and said they were there. When I approached the teenage boy behind the table I again politely asked for a bag. he did not acknowledge me and threw a small bag at me. the lobby was dirty. the food was good.
The chicken, biscuits, cole slaw, fries and mashed potatoes was hot and fresh and delish. I'm from Florida and I honestly didn't taste any difference in flavor. The seating options are very limited for a busy place as this one. Please know what you want before getting to the counter! We got there at 12 noon on a Saturday and it was busy.
Atmosphere was nice the “Famous Chicken Sandwich” got zero stars ⭐️! The bread was old, the chucky was under cooked, the flavor is NOTHING like the sandwiches in the Tri-State!
We ate today (24.05) at the restaurant and had some chicken tenders and a spicy chicken Burger. The food was very good, hot and tasty and that for a very reasonable price.The interior of the restaurant is unfortunately a little bit shabby and the restrooms were not usable. Furthermore there was not hand sanitizer, so we were unable to clean our hands before we eat the food.

Always good fast food chicken but Idk why some of y'all hype this up, every Popeye's I've been to is this good or better. Some make it sound like the food at this one is actually gonna be better. ?You're gonna wait for it too.
They redid the location so the decor is super colorful and modern. Given that the renovations were recent, whoever picked out the furniture didn't do a great job. It's a busy location with plenty of space but tiny furniture and barely enough tables and chairs to sit down. Then the furniture isn't the best quality/construction since it's already warned down and doesn't withstand traffic well.I get a high top and the chair can't fit under the table and I'm wobbling as I sit and it's uncomfortable. The line and order system is confusing and the wait is long. The bathroom is disgusting. Please get self flushing toilet or get an employee to check on the bathroom more consistently. The only only only thing redeeming is the consistent food. Just get the food and leave and go back to your hotel/work if you have to get popeyes.
