I ordered 2 combo meals today 6/11/22.3P Dark/Spicy, Cajun Rice,Large Sprite &2P Dark Mild, Mash Fruit Punch and 2 Apple PiesIn return was given 2 Dark, mild both w mash, and both drinks were watery and nasty. Now the problem isn't the mix up with the food. Things happen, that's understandable!!My problem is the rude employees. You will constantly lose revenue when you have people like that at the pick-up window!!!!
The quality of the food was poor. There was no seasoning on the chicken. Also, more rice than beans with no favor. ?
Every time I'm here all of the ladies that work up front are so kind.
It's ok in a pinch, but not a go to. Food quality has diminished over time.
It's Popeye, normally a little better. Messed up our order. Paid for a 5 piece tenders meal, got 3. Ordered the chicken sandwich and breading was falling off the chicken. They were super busy though. Even slammed staff was nice.
LOOK IN YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT. We were on I-10 east before realizing the order was OBVIOUSLY wrong.
The line in the drive-thru moved at a great pace. The food was hot and a decent amount considering I let this Popeyes go a few years ago because of the poor quality of the food. I was quite surprised by the quality today.
This Popeye's is awful, the iced tea was hot, the chicken was old and hard. And the beans had so much rice I couldn't see the beans. I will never ever buy from the Read Blvd location.
I ordered chicken online to pick up and the website state place order and pick up at the counter. Well the door is locked and my order was supposedly ready at 8:33pm. I’m on a line behind 17 vehicles to get the chicken. My chicken will be soggy from sitting in a bag for the next 40 minutes.This is absurd and I will never order again for pick up
Chicken wasn’t fresh or hot biscuits was cold and old fries were old and hard I don’t recommend…….
