.When I arrived my order was wrong. After telling the manager about it about it she jacked it from me and threw it away.. Then she told me to wait 10 minutes so they can make it over. I ordered online because I didn't have time to wait. So I did requested a refund. She replied, "You can go ahead I'll refund your card, I don't even need your card. Then when I asked that the refund be processes then and for a receipt of the transaction she really gave an attitude. She acted as if I got the order wrong instead of them.
I'm unsure why my initial review prompted such attention?My service was quick, courteous & polite.My food was prepared per lb ordered perfection.I gave 4stars & thanked in person and in Survey , for a superb "job".Inherent means things will remain as is until it is no more. Not in my lifetime will inherent mean anything different. I have a dream! Is still just that, a DREAM
I ordered an 8 piece boneless wings and a diet Pepsi. I waited over a half hour and still had no food. I asked for a refund and was cursed out by the woman child, Joani, behind the counter. Then she made a fake refund receipt and kept my money. BUYER BEWARE!! They are thieves with a nasty attitude. I'll never do business there again. I will, however, be taking this issue to the corporate office. She's not just going to keep my money.Also, I truly hope I have the pleasure of seeing her walk into my place of business.
My previous orders were okay, but the past three were terrible. I got my pizza an hour after the app told me my order was on the way. The order was always missing sauces, wrong toppings and orders that I didn't ask for. They need to step it up
I placed a delivery order online and it's showed 30min delivery time. Once I placed my order they texted me back and stated that a door dash delivery driver will deliver my order (*note that I did not order thru door dash, but thru pizza hut) and it took an hour & half for my order to get to me! The pizza was cold n hard as the cardboard box they deliver it in. And, about ten min later; the actual pizza hut delivery driver came and he even didn't know the door dash guy had already brought that cold order. And, he even tried to charge me for that order n I couldn't believe it after I paid the first delivery guy! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
They had my 20 pizza order made and ready to go when promised. The people working the counter were nice and helpful. Great experience!
Recently ordered a pizza after waiting for an hour it said it was delivered it never was they closed soon after telling me we don't have any orders under my number or my order number was wrong. She lied to me so I went to corporate gave them my info and let's see where it goes from there. Noone should have a job at a place where they lie and steal from customers.
Manager made sure our order was ready while helping new employee learn system. Food was good.
2★ instead of immediately putting my order in the hot rack thing when it came out, they let it sit for a few minutes on the counter. then they let someone skip me in line which took an additional few minutes.
I was extremely upset and disappointed with this experience. After waiting 40 minutes past the delivery time given through tracker I was told my order was canceled by the store because I selected a cash payment but was never notified until I called. Not good customer service at all.
