The sandwiches were good, but the floor and tables very dirty
Mostly romain lettuce. Ordered delivery and was never notified of it’s arrival. Iced coffee and salad sat outside for 15 mins before I decided to check. The French bread was delicious. Sorry, but kind of underwhelmed.
Came on Easter and the dining room was a mess! There wasn't one clean table to sit at. Food was ok but for 50$ for 3 people to eat a cleaner establishment would have been nice
Legit drive out the way to go to another Panera than go to this one it’s the worst
Staff was super rude! I walked in and was told that I needed to place an order through the app. I was told I needed to go outside while placing the order and wait there. When my app told me that my order was ready, I went back inside. My order was not on the shelves. I got yelled at by the same lady to go outside and wait. I offered to show her that my app said my order is ready and she then ignored me. My order then came up and I was able to grab it and leave.
Food was good and the front cashier was nice, but tables were dirty and the place was dirty in general. Luckily that had sanitary wipes around so I could clean off my own table. The worst was, I had specifically come here because of giving up to-go plastic for Lent, which I mentioned up-front, but after I had paid and the food had come out (soup), they said they do not have any real silverware, only plastic to-go spoons. (It was not busy; they clearly just didn’t bother with real tableware.). Not acceptable to eat out of plastic with these full restaurant prices.
I’ve been coming for years with favorable experiences. Lately it has completely gone downhill. Minimal portions, awful attitudes. People that can’t even look you in the face or apologize when they mess up an order. Do yourself a favor and go to the Bean Gallery instead. Much better food, coffee, service
Got all our orders wrong, food was cold, too expensive, they forgot our drinks, had to hassle to people to get them. Not very kind.
The worst service and stuff ever i had seen in my life!!! Those people don’t deserve work there!!! They are unbelievable rude and out order took forever! Will never go back there and don’t not recommend at all! The panera in Metairie was awesome and better stuff there
This place is the exact proof of what we don’t want our Nation to become- divisive and judgmental . The New Orleans guidelines require a negative test or proof of vaccination. But due to the fact we didn’t have either we respectfully asked if it was ok for a vaccinated person to pick up our food to which they stated no. So not only are they not abiding by the rules of the New Orleans mandates they are also using their own prejudice and personal opinion to make judgements.
