This is by far the best Snowball stand in the world. Just saying! The ice , the flavors are amazing. But I had a bad experience. I always order a medium sized snowball in a large cup. All of you experienced snowball experts understand my reasoning for doing this. So that I can drive without the drizzle of syrup running down my shirt. Well, I asked for the large cup and the cashier didn’t acknowledge that she did hear what I asked. So I repeated it. She then responded quite rudely. Saying that she did hear what I asked. Well of course when my number was called to get my treat it was in a medium cup. I asked about the large cup and was told that it wasn’t on the receipt. I was then told that they could not transfer my treat because of the condense milk. With all this trouble … I can’t wait to get off of work to go back..😉

We really enjoy coming here; Its our go to snowball place! We've been going here for years. Very friendly and sweet people. One of the owners have watched my girls grow up and now they both are young adults. One time, he even managed to get my oldest daughter who was in high school at the time to sing and treated her to a snowball. I must say we have tried many other places and haven't really found one that can really compare. Ok, there's one that comes close, I won't mention any names. Nevertheless, if you're passing by on your way to City Park, don't forget to make a quick stop here you won't regret it!

Today was a hot day! Stopped here and was not disappointed. I ordered a regular snowball with cherry and lemon lime. The flavors has the best taste ever! I will return anytime I am in town during a hot day!***FYI they only accept CASH PAYMENTS!***

I don't get snowballs often, so i honestly should have followed my sister's lead - she got the blackberry flavor with condensed milk on top. So amazing. Condensed milk is a must on your snowball for max flavor.

Pineapple w/nectar cream is the bomb! I'm in heaven.

I Love there snowballs and nachos

Decent, but a little more syrupy than I prefer. Pretty quick service though.

We saw the line outside this spot on our way to lunch and decided we's stop on our way back. It rained just as we were finishing lunch so we lucked out - no line when we came back for our dessert! The snowballs are great, the soft serve is tasty, too! We'll be back when we are in town again!Almost forgot, cash only!

Easy to find on Carrollton between Orleans & where City Park meets Bayou St John. Surprising variety of snowballs, ice cream, hot food and more. Very fine ice, one of the best in the city. Great selection of flavors that are generously poured on. Their malts and milkshakes were great too.

What IS a snowball?? Is it, as the locals adamantly declare, NOT a snow cone? This is the question.Upon review of the snowball experience, I submit to the world that that a snowball is in fact a child of the snow cone family. Not a cousin of the snow cone (snow cone adjacent) but in fact lives clearly within the immediate family of the snow cone, if perhaps as a rebellious young teen questioning their identity.A cup of shaved ice with flavored syrup poured over top is a snow cone whether it is made in NOLA or New York. The snowball does in fact have some unique distinguishing features. Most obviously, the condensed milk drizzled on top (which does add a lovely touch of creamy sweetness!). Also it is claimed that the snowball consists of a finer, softer kind of ice than the snow cone, though those claims must only hold true for particularly course snow cones, for I found the consistency to be consistent with my general experience of snow cones across the board. This place I appreciate for its reasonable prices and food including chili and hot dogs! I would recommend to tourists to also walk down the street to see the shops and coffeehouses along the way :)
