I liked the place, the waiter was really nice. Maybe to noise and cold inside.I ordered crab meat cake and pudding. The crab meat was tasty at the beginning but once I continued eating I was feeling bored. I liked the spices as well as the mushroom source but at the end I think that it was overwhelming. In the case of the pudding, if Im honest it was to die for it. Sweeter than I'm used to but really delicious. The Bourbon syrup was more than incredible.
As New Orleans as you can get. I love this restaurant. I was there during busy time but wait wasn't long at all. Food and drinks were outstanding. The restaurant has TVs, music, and bar. Lighting is dim. Chris did a great job serving and keep up with orders. The Cookery as I was told by Chris, has 3 floors with the 2nd use for party/buffet and had outdoor patio that can be accessed to. And 3rd floor were used for private parties. Overall, I would recommend Olde Nola to anyone that's visiting or in the area. Definitely will be back for exceptional food and great service. As far as mandates. You only needed a mask which I'm sure is beneficial to alot of people.
love it food was great reccomend the cajun gator and cajun smoked duck.! Bread pudding with rum sauce was great but very sweet. be careful they bake it fresh its really hot!
great service and great food
The food was excellent. The bartender was amazing. Will definitely eat there again before I leave❤️
Friendly, quick service. Place was packed. Yummy food! I had the crab cakes, and my daughter chicken nuggets. Will enjoy this place again if we ever come back to New Orleans!
I traveled to NOLA on a solo trip. Karla was my waitress and provided hands down the best service I have had in years. Friendly and made fabulous suggestions! She made my experience a 10/10 and I highly recommend!!
Errol is a warm and wonderful server with an incredible singing voice. I recommend the blackened fish or seafood pasta.
Servers were nice. Drinks were kind of weak for the price. Gumbo was a bit watery. Fish was good as well as the shrimp po boy. In middle of the party area.
As expected. Above average experience. Hard to compare food as we are Cajun novices and have little to draw on for comparison. Felt a little “chilis of NOLA Cajun” to us. Only other thing which was specific to us. Sat in the back corner. AC duct blowing right down on us. Not a gentle breeze. More of a wind. If it’s really hot and you’re comfortable with that, that’s your spot. Also have outdoor seating in a small courtyard. Sunnie our server was super friendly.
