I never new cake could melt in your mouth!
It was frustrating driving from Bywater to your bakery only to find that it was closed. However, I can't penalize your bakery after hearing the problem was that Google was slow to update your stores hours online. I ended up eating at a lesser bakery and then took my frustrations out on this review. Hearing from the owners changed my heart.Until I need sweets again...

High-quality cakes & pastry. The praline cheesecake is stupendous. The owner is helpful and very friendly.
Friendly staff, huge selection of pastries. The got coffee and sodas as well.. nice stop after your bike ride at Audobon Park which is super close.
Went for a birthday cake for my wife and the owner was amazing. The cake was delicious and beautiful. We also got some kind of almond filled croissant and fruit tart for breakfast. Both delicious
Pastries not very fresh and not very tasty....
The Carrot Cake, Almond Croissant and the Flourless Cake was delicious. The service was just as awesome as the cakes. I will definitely be returning.
Got.the tuna on wheat and loved it. Chocolate eclair was okay. Looking forward fo the chicken salad on croissant next time.
This is a great bakery, the pastries are very good and have a bit more jelly/jam/filling than many of their more traditional french counterparts.The limited in the non pastry options particularly beverages but would definitely eat again
