I attempted to place a phone order. Dude answered and put me on hold forever (after 7 min, I hung up). So we went thru the drive through. The timing was good, the food was good (shrimp poboy, 2 orders of shrimp pasta and chicken fingers w fries). Was a good thing we went home to eat instead of the park. We had no utensils or napkins in the bags. Eating chicken fingers & poboy sandwich would not have been a problem. But how were we supposed to eat the pasta, with our fingers? If we had done that, what were we gonna use to wipe our fingers after finishing the pasta. I suppose one has to ASK for napkins and utensils. Be prepared to WAIT forever to place a phone order.
Excellent value! High quality ingredients, well prepared. Friendly service, and a nice touch when the manager stepped up to introduce himself and ask about our experience. They serve beer, cocktails, and adult slushies. Though we dined in, it was nice to see a drive-through option.
The food was good, the flavored mixed drinks (slushes) were even better..

Great food at a good price. We had the thin catfish and cajun pasta and gator poppers. Sports on TV, Sweet Tea, and good food. 2 thumbs up!
Omg.... I have always gone here since they opened, and when I tell you the service that was Rendered today, Phenomenal. I called to place an order there was a guy by the name of Kirk, and when I tell you I had to know who his mother was, I hot to meet her that night. This gentleman is a reason for you to go and check it out. Kirk you are what New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood need at other establishments. Keep in the personality and enthusiastic attitude

I ordered two seafood platters,which were supposed to include OYSTERS But the restaurant substituted ALLIGATOR POPPERS for OYSTERSThey NEVER told us in advance. When called about the error the MANAGER said that they had been doing that for A YEAR NOW.SO IT TAKES A YEAR TO UPDATE A MENU ( SMH)Plus,YOU SNUCK DIGUSTING ALLIGATOR MEAT ONUS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGEUNPROFESSIONAL,DECEITFUL, and EVILDoes this happen at ALL NOHSF RESTAURANTS?
I really forgot about the New Orleans Hamburg and Seafood there in New Orleans east and it was a pleasant experience.. it was clean friendly staff and good food. Oh and don't forget the bar! Thumbs up ?
