Really good!! Didn't like the gumbo but everything else was amazing.
Loved the food. Very busy place. Need a few more staff members but the ones we had were excellent.
My daughter and her 4 cousin's went here to eat after graduation. Once they read the menu 3 of her cousin's decided not to order anything. The waiter told them they were still responsible for the gratuity for 5 people. Even tho he only served 2 people. I will tell everyone I know, never eat here! On top of that their phone stays busy so you can't ever get in touch with the manager.
The Bartender Saturday 4/29/22 @ 3pm was absolutely horrible. Her uniform was dirty, she was slow, and clearly doesn’t understand customer service or know how to communicate.I’ve never had bad service at this location, but she would benefit from additional training and held accountable for her appearance and attitude.Hats off the Chef who graciously attempted to correct her errors . He was professional in appearance and speech and did his best to rectify the incident . The food is always good , but as a person who works within the service industry i was appalled by her behavior.
I am so unimpressed. First-time eating at this location and definitely the last. So upon walking in the location there were two ladies at the hostess podium . Neither of them bothered to acknowledge our presence. They continued to talk amongst themselves and walked off from podium saying nothing to us. We waited for about 5 minutes are so for someone to finally greet us and then showed us to a seat.Our waitress who I believe is named Patricia was awesome. She was attentive and friendly. We placed orders for starters and they came out fairly quickly. However our entrees took almost 45 minutes. We eventually were told that someone burned a portion of our food and they were giving us gumbo on the house.The manager eventually came over to "apologize" after our waitress had already did so and explained that she didn't like the presentation of the food and had them redo the order. I feel as though that should have been told to us the second she decided to do that and she herself should have been the first to come and explained what was going on. She seemed bothered that she had to say anything to us at all.
Quick service, Our server was great. Super friendly and attentive. Ordered the taste of New Orleans platter and was not disappointed. It had crawfish etouffee, red beans and rice, jambalaya and sausage. Very tasty.
We came here for dinner with a friend from out of town and they have a really good mix of seafood dishes of all kinds along with some traditional creole foods. Their chargrilled oysters are amazing! And I had a ‘fish of the day’ special that was not on the menu but our server told us about that has a really good crab mixture on top. They also have really good meatball subs.
Went here with some friends and was sadly disappointed.We had to wait a half hour to be seated, which is not a big deal. However after we ordered we then had to wait over 50 minutes before our food came. Which was rather unacceptable considering what we ordered was mainly deep fried food and it wasn't even that large of an order.Our server was a very nice young man, and it was not his fault that the food took forever to leave the kitchen.Once the food came it was decent, but nothing overly special. The oysters and shrimp tasted good and the fish was ok. The breading though was extremely plain and could have used some seasoning.In the end when it came time to pay the bill, I asked the server if there is anything the restaurant could do since we had to wait almost an hour for food. He happily told me that he had me covered. He then went over and told the manager what had happened. It was at this point that I couldn't help but notice the manager shoot me a "look". A look which I could only describe as, "contempt". After which the server came over with my bill and told me that they wouldn't charge me for one of the kids meals we had ordered. Which was basically the least the restaurant could do at this point.All in all I was disappointed with my food and will not be coming back here again.
Incredibly slow. Half hour to sit, hour wait for food. Food only okay, not a lot of flavor. Friendly, but can't recommend.
Slowest service ever. Hostess took 15 minutes to even acknowledge our presence. Good is always good here but lots of better places that actually want the business.
