Good food new employee doesn't know their menu

Used to be my go-to affordable Chinese place. They quietly raised their prices by at least 30%. What used to be a $70 meal is now $100.Not worth the new prices.

We used to enjoy ordering from Ming Garden for our family of 5. Over the years, we have spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they have recently raised prices and lowered service standards substantially. They no longer offer on-site delivery (only permitted through Grub hub, Door Dash, etc), which leaves ample room for miscommunication and blame dodging. The last few times they delivered to us, our order arrived with incorrect and/or missing entrees. They only ever offer one solution for THEIR mistakes. Customers must drive all the way there and receive corrected items in person. This completely defeats the purpose of having food delivered in the first place. Not to mention, the extra “convenience” fees and tips, which were paid for nothing. Their employees are often despondent and sometimes even rude when being questioned. The last time this happened, someone hung up on me twice during the same conversation. I have worked in the service industry and understand how a busy work day can make one feel a bit overwhelmed. However, it is unacceptable to ignore and mistreat loyal customers. It has turned into an awful lot of trouble to receive overpriced, average-tasting food and poor quality service.

Used to be one of my favorite places but it's not worth the money anymore. Prices went up a lot recently, and now it's extra for anything other than plain white rice on the plates despite the fact that those used to include some really delicious pork fried rice. On top of that, it seems like the meat for their chicken has also dropped in quality a lot, and my meal was full of tiny chicken bones. Prices went up, quality went down, and I'm really sad about this.

A complete waste of money. Thank u for the $62 bill for 2 meals and 2 appetizers. The food was not good Almost all veggies and leaked all over the place. Also never got any hot oil or anything substituted hot for that matter.

Thank you for the extra spice! The Happy Family was perfect ?

Just ordered general tso’s chicken and it’s not what I expected it to taste. When I opened my food it smelled contaminated. Wont order that through Uber eats ever again

I've never eaten at this restaurant. I've simply arrived to pick up two Doordash orders. One is ready. The other hasn't been started. Employee said it would take 20 minutes to prepare egg drop soup and an order of wontons. When I asked him to confirm the rest of the order with me, he told me I was wasting his time. I won't ever patronize or recommend this spot to anyone. Rude, overwhelmed, and inefficient is the vibe here.

Food tasted Very different from other asain food locations sold under same name of dish
