Sat in the drive thru forever. No one ever came to the speaker to take the order. Turns out the speaker is broken. You would think they’ll have enough sense to put a note on it saying it’s broken and or block that particular lane off so people won’t continue to sit there and waste their entire lunch break.
They had two lines and no one would take my order in the second line 4 cars went in front of me I finally had to just drive up to the window. I sat there for 15 min.
One of the best fast food experiences in New Orleans.Drive thru was consistent, they got my order right, cashier was courteous, didn't leave anything out, and my double cheeseburgers were probably the best I've had from a McDonald's. And their ice cream machine wasn't broken!Well done.
They put fast in the word fastfood, only spent 15 minutes in line, as soon I got too the order window, my order was taken, drove to 1st window, paid, drove to 2 and window food was there waiting.
McDonald's atmosphere is awesome and I enjoyed the hospitality as I have picked up from this place multiple times while door dashing.
Food was good but drinks were not filled probably and line was really slow took almost 25 minutes waiting!
Very hard for the hearing impared to understand what the order taker is saying thru the intercom.
They required mask upon entry and order can be placed in kiosk.orders was filled really fast
The service was quick at the stand up window.... A friendly smile from the staff doing peak time....??
There is a great deal of accessibility for everyone, whether on foot or drive-thru and the food remains as delicious as I can remember as a child. There is never a dull moment for me to indulge in my "Victory Meal" whenever I visit this place.
