Rating is Poor (Order - Quarter Pounder meal / chicken nuggets). The rating is low due to the poor communication and lack of customer satisfaction. 1 - Staff did not follow requests to remove pickles and mustard and the burger was under cooked. 2 - The chicken nuggets was stale and I did not receive condiments requested (honey mustard). 3 - The drink was wrong; instead of Coca Cola I received Dr. Pepper. Majority of the issues could have been resolved with the staff's willingness to communicate with me (the customer). Unfortunately any attempt to make eye contact or speak with me was avoided by the staff. It's disappointing these issues could have been easily resolved by acknowledging and listening to feedback. Particularly since the restaurant was not busy; nearly dead in the dining room. Not surprised this location has historically lacked customer service traits even pre-Covid. A disappointing service and experience.
Super busy drive thru but food was fresh and order was correct! Great job!
It's always a long line but service isn't that bad... The only thing I would suggest is that they need to work on their customer service... They can be very rude!!
Racist behavior. I came to this restaurant to order through self-service and the cashier, as she did not understand what I was asking, ignored me. She started serving on the other side of the self-service, eight cars passed and on the side where I was standing, which was the right side of the self-service, she did not attend to me. A client was behind my cornet player, she called several times and they didn't answer her. This cashier is ignorant and she got scared because she didn't understand what I was asking her and out of fear she didn't attend to me. I had to move to the other lane from where she was attending to leave her no other option but to attend to me yes or yes. Then I treated her with contempt and she treated me talking to me as if she were an Indian and I was ignorant. That is to say, a completely racist behavior with Latino clients who do know how to speak English.
They had really good food the guy who gave me my food put extra sauce and fries ? in my bag and I was in a rush and they made my order in 10 minutes but it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes to get my food yea that was the best food I had so I give it a 5 star ?
I don't know why I even bother to go to places like this. I ordered a mcgriddle meal with the cheese, and of course I did not get that then I had to wait and once I got it. The food was hard and kinda dry. I was so disgusted I didn't even feel like driving back. Ended up going in Metairie to Blue Line and had an Omelet.
Drive by this McDonalds. Poorly trained staff and managers. Very racist attitude to white and Hispanic customers....no service---don't waste your time. Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating.
The lines were long as can be and the service was slow. I'm pretty sure the guy who took our order was high because it had to slowly be repeated to him and it still ended up being wrong on the screen. I gave up and said I'll just scrape off the extra onions. When you pulled up to the window the smell of weed came out of the restaurant. The food was poorly put together and the patties were over cooked. I think SpongeBob and Squidward could have done a better job operating the whole place if they weren't fictional characters. He'd probably make a better looking burger than the disappointment that I got.
Took 45 minutes to get our food. Credit card machine was broke.
Everything was awesome. My breakfast was hot and fresh. The cashier and the lady at the second window was very polite. My mocha frappe was just the way I like it. My favorite McDonald's so far.
