Oh my God is it overpriced but then again it is right at the edge of the French quarter so yeah. It is a good thing the sliders are juicy & flavorful, because the staff is so dry and if you're at the counter when they call your order be prepared to have your bag literally thrown across the counter to you or at you depending on how you view it.I'm not seeing a lot of value here, maybe next time I'll just get the frozen WC's from Winn Dixie and pass on that the attitude
The regular food was just OK as usual. The new little chicken sandwich was really good. I was surprised. So the overall place just rates of 3 stars. It was the people working there that made it 5 stars.

I know it's strange but living in Cali makes me miss Krystal's soo much- and this one even had Daiquiris.It's on Bourbon and open 24hrs which is perfect when you have the munchies
These guys have the best customer service, Donisha was an absolute legend behind the Reggie. She had the shots looking right, she had the sliders looking tight, fries was on point. 10 stars. Oh yea, they got the best deals on liquor in town too in case you didn't know. Overall a must visit for any new Orleans novices, and a frequent haunt for the Nola Vets.

We went for my brothers birthday and loved the environment. It was late and the food was good. Can appreciate the customer service during high intense environment with hot so nice patrons. Thank you for putting up with some challenging patrons. The manager is great and always listening and willing to change..
Haven't found a Krystal's in forever, so I was so happy to run across this place. I got a daiquiri too, but they weren't the best so I wouldn't advise getting them here.I will say the crew here was really nice at last! Only issues were my burgers were a little soggy for whatever reason, and they forgot to give me my drink. It sucked because they had already refunded me for the shake because the machine was broken. I don't know if I'd return unless really drunk. Lol
This place is awful and the people working there are RUDE. Only item we received hot was tater tots. The burgers were inedible. May only be decent if extremely drunk. Employees had the nerve to ask for a tip after telling us that they wouldn't take the pickle off the burger.Also expensive. Could've gotten a decent po boy at any other spot for what we paid for 2 combos, about 13 each. I get it's the city and it cost more, but for bad service and bad food way to much.
Food was good, service was great. Employees were very friendly. The eating area was not very nice or clean. The bloody Mary’s were terrible and not drinkable. But burgers and breakfast were great. Just avoid the Bloody Mary and you will be fine.
