The place is not very big so seating for a large group is an issue. The service can be a little slow when they are busy. The staff were great though...very friendly. The food portions were very good, and the food itself was very good. The pulled pork is A+....especially on top of the nachos. Only thing keeping a 5th star from me is just the lack of seating options and being a little packed in when busy.
We loved this place. Our server Kit was fantastic. The portions were large and tasted great. The pace was good as well. Would definitely eat here again. The pictures are mainly for portion size because we are pretty picky eaters and didn't get every thing on our orders that they usually come with. That was another plus that they customize the order without hesitation. Just a great experience all around.
My family and I stopped here on our first night in New Orleans. She ordered the fajitas while I had the house special burrito. Their style is an interesting mix of Cajun and Mexican I believe. It was very good. The food and the service was excellent.Their drink list looked very creative and interesting but we were traveling with our toddler so we kept it simple. He liked the chips and pico!Would consider visiting here again.
This was close to my hotel and stopped for dinner. Blackened fish tacos were so delicious I went back for another round!
Definitely the best food in New Orleans. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Could not believe size of the wet burrito and the fact there is four types of protein in it. It was so large I was only able to eat half. It was only 11 dollars. Delicious meal.
This was my second time I ate picked a flying burrito to go. I love it. I am looking forward to go back and taste something else on their menu.
Cool vibes and very unique food. The red enchiladas are very spicy, green have a little kick. And while the flavors were super delicious, the rice was very undercooked (almost crunchy). It took awhile to get someone's attention for a table, and even longer to get our food, but our server was super friendly and helpful!Overall I think this is worth a stop if you're in the area, but maybe not during the middle of lunch rush hour.
Great place for some very good tacos. They do it right here. Never disappointing.Mason, the new host was friendly and handled my order swiftly and in a friendly manner.10/10 would come again.
Great drinks okay food. The fajitas should be served on a sizzling hot skillet rather than a warm plate.
I’m not sure how many times I’ll get burned before I realize that the best eateries in NOLA are outside of the French Quarter! Living in Houston we’re no strangers to good quality restaurants! We have just as good Cajun/ Creole restaurants as New Orleans does My point is this, Juan’s Flying Burrito is just as good as any TexMex restaurants we have in Houston, so go eat there if you want the real deal! Good quality food, friendly service and affordable menu! Great job guys!
