It took over an hour for my order to get to me..I called and they were super rude and said “if you’re calling about your order it’s on the way” after 30 mins of waiting I called again and they explained the order was not in fact on the way and that they closed at 7 so I could either wait or cancel.. I’m trapped at work, with no food so I figured I’d wait well here I am about 1.5 hrs later STILL waiting. My job has closed by this point and now the store is closed and I have no idea if my food is even actually on its way Either way by the time it gets here I’ll have been waiting for almost two hours. This is ridiculous. For a store that advertises being freaky fast and literally won’t let you order out of a certain distance range for that reason this is ridiculous. I probably could’ve ordered from a location ten miles away and it would’ve been faster. Seriously ridiculous. Oh and my sandwixh got here mid reciew. Since it’s been sitting out for over an hour it’s soggy and falling apart.
Rude staff. Hours posted of closing at 8pm but doors locked at 7pm. Call them and guys says “Jimmy Johns we’re closed” and hangs up.
They are open, I can see them from my office but online ordering claims they are closed and won’t let me order. Guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere since they don’t want my business.
Freakishly slow every time I order
From the first time I ordered from Jimmy John's, to the last order for delivery, I have never been disappointed. I treat myself about every two weeks.I love their food and their service. My order is delivered within 10-15 minutes by friendly people on their bicycles.
There was a large notice on front DOOR.Mask REQUIRED!!! Not one EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A MASK!!!!!! GO FIGURE.
Why do you even ask for customizations on online orders when you don’t even follow them. Asked for no cucumbers or lettuce? Guess what? You took the lettuce of my wife’s sandwich and left it on mine. Much less this is missing the extra add one, but fine. But the stuff that comes on the sandwich I asked for off, you can’t follow directions. This place has gotten worse and worse this year. I won’t be back again, even though they are around the corner from me.

Definitely fast service. Food was ok but I picked a safe sandwich. I'll be more adventurous next time.
