Well we got there at 5 and they were closed. Sign on door said 6. There were what looked like two employees out side as well. So easy to say that our experience was non existant,
Used to be my go-to lunch spot. Unfortunately, the past 2 times have been disappointing. I always request extra pickles: Monday, I had NO pickles, and today, I got pickles, but only 2, one per half a sandwich, and the bread was hard as a rock. Guess I should say thank you for making it easier to start bringing lunch from home.
they dont answer their phone at all. and there is no online ordering or this location. calling within business hours.
Came to this jimmy johns during their lunch peak and Shantrell was very quick and efficient with taking everyone’s order as well as helping her team members when she was not taking orders. She did not miss a beat.
Rude service and long delivery. Jimmy Johns advertises freaky fast delivery and it took 50mins for my sandwich to come. Then I made a mistake on a order and asked if it could be fixed and then I heard the manager in the background saying "thats how the order comes and since thats what she order thats what shes going to get." I understand if the order cant be fixed but there is no reason to be rude about it. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN and I've been eating at Jimmy Johns since I was a very young child.
These guys called me to cancel an order they had already accepted on DoorDash. Their excuse was they were out of french bread - but they still had wheat bread! And yet, when I tried to say I'd be happy with wheat bread, I was told the manager had just decided to close the entire store and basically said to cancel all orders, inclduing mine. I was told I had to cancel the order within DoorDash myself. I am busy trying to dispute my payment. Just another reason to not order from Jimmy John's.
Ordered online for delivery to our hotel, literally across the street. They messed up the order, so I called the store. The phone rang and rang, with nobody answering, so we never got it fixed. Eventually (after showering and getting dressed) went by in person to discuss our earlier issue, and was told the manager would give me a call. I never heard from him, despite calling again to remind him/them of the issue.Our first experience with the product itself was disappointing. The customer service, however, is disgustingly nonexistent.
A great fast food
I was initially very annoyed that my continued calls to the shop were going unanswered. I finally placed my order online. When I arrived it was clear they were VERY busy (not so peeved about the phone anymore) and every person I saw in there was HUSTLING to get that food out. Each staff member I encountered was professional and friendly. I have been ordering from you guys for a while, just wanted to leave this review to say good job! I am in the industry and I know a lot of us are understaffed and doing our best. Also, my food was delicious :)
