I called up to find out about this restaurant and the lady had no idea what I was even talking about and then I said it's the restaurant at your hotel and she said "I guess that's us!" I don't know I was just really confused she acted like she didn't know anything like she was just like a guest that answered the phone or something lol And I needed to ask her questions about parking and how everybody says the rooms are soundproof but in the reviews people say you can hear everything because the walls are so thin. She just seemed like she didn't want to talk to me in very nonchalant and informative. That really sucks because we were looking forward to staying there for a few days in a suite because we heard it was the nicest place to stay in New Orleans. I just found it super weird that the lady that the lady was highly unprofessional on the phone. I feel like now I don't have anybody to talk to to to get a straight answer from that hotel and we're not gonna book here now. I even asked to speak to somebody else and I didn't get transferred to anybody so I just kind of hung up. Very disappointed the views at 1st looked really good and then when you start getting into it there's some really bad reviews and I just wanted to ask About the rooms in the restaurant and she couldn't even give me an answer.

Ate here because it was part of the hotel bonus dollars. Buffet breakfast that was a fairly good variety but cold and we were there when they opened. Expensive for what is offered. Staff has a don't care attitude, more interested in their phones than the customers.

Absolutely the worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen and the staff acted like they hated their job. The cooked food (eggs, meat, potatoes) looked as if it had been sitting on the warmer for hours. The coffee - which I had to get myself - tasted burnt. Other than the dried up hot food, the only other offerings on the “$18.95 buffet” were prepackaged yogurt and dried cereal. Absolutely terrible experience.

Great spot for some cocktails. Come by on Saturday nights they have DJ playing oldies on vinyl. How can you not love that

Food for party was awesome

We had breakfast here. The cooked food was outstanding as was the service. The cold “breakfast was sketchy at best. No service, stale items, VERY limited choices. A rip-off at the price. Go eksewhere

Cool little hotel bistro, cocktails weren’t bad and they will have live music down there regularly.

Jayne Bistro and Bar is attached to the Troubadour hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and satisfying. Dacia made us feel at home, keeping our coffee hot and assisting as needed; all with her foot in a boot. She was a hustler!

Good parking
