Their delivery policy is a joke. Ordered directly from them once, and even though the restaurant is less than 10 minutes from my house, it took nearly an hour to receive my order. Tried ordering thru Uber Eats, and my order was inexplicably cancelled by the delivery driver. When I called to resolve the matter, I was sent thru a cycle of recordings that kept sending back to Uber Eats. The cookies are good, but don't get fooled by their delivery promises.
We stopped by and I got the Oatmeal Raisin and it was a little dry but good for a cookie chain. My friend got the Chocolate Chip and it was good, better than mine. They were out of the small cookies and 2 flavors but it was midnight so that’s understandable. The staff was nice and I think think it’s a good late-night snack if other stuff isn’t open.
Great cookies (when they’re fresh). -1 for the inconsistency in freshness. Figure out their baking schedule and you’ll be golden.
Not only are the cookies spectacular:…BUT the employees are wonderful ! Each time I’ve been to this location I’ve gotten wonderful service and delicious cookies!! Keep up the great work Insomnia!!
Love love love this laid back cookie spot. The staff are wonderful and I’m sure they know my name with how often I go there. I should be an Insomnia Cookie ambassador atp, lol. Cookies are always warm and the atmosphere is always amazing. As soon as you walk in you can smell the fresh bake cookies. Clean place as well, inside and out.
The best location I've ever been to! The cashier tonight was so nice and really went above and beyond! The cookies were delicious, as always, but exceptional customer service!!
When you get a craving for something particular, it’s near impossible to stop thinking about it until that craving is satiated. Last night that was for the red velvet cookies from Insomnia. My heart sank a little when I arrived and Aiden informed me they were sold out. But Reggie overheard, and quickly swooped in to make sure we found the perfect cookie that would satisfy that craving. Both Aiden and Reggie went above and beyond, provided great service, and left us laughing and smiling on the way out the door. I had a great experience overall! It was cleanly, my order was completed efficiently, Ans they were extremely professional and had great customer service skills. I would highly recommend these two to deal with complex service situations and customer de escalation.
I was in the area going to dinner and happened to see Insomnia Cookies, so I headed in. I had heard that they now have vegan options, and was excited to see four clearly marked vegan items on the menu!I ordered two of the Vegan Chocolate Chunk and two of the Vegan Birthday Cake. Both cookies are quite good! They are not the best I've ever had, but they were tasty.The Chocolate Chunk cookies were in the oven when I got there, so I had to wait. The staff was courteous, friendly, and even gave me two free cookies since I had to wait.I definitely recommend this location. In addition to the friendly staff, it's very clean. Parking is a bit of a bear, but I think it's worth it!
The cookies were warm when I got them! I went at about 10:39 PM. They have ice cream too although I did not try yet. I got the salted caramel, birthday cake, sugar, oatmeal raisin and they were allllll soooo good!!! ??
Cookies are alright, but they are open late which is great. Ordered yesterday around 7:30 for an order to be delivered at 9, I called at 9:15 after not getting any information and was informed that they were super short staffed. I would have appreciated a warning call beforehand, and I did not get my cookies until 10pm, but the driver Tiffany was very very nice and the man who I spoke on the phone with gave me extra cookies as an apology. I was very appreciative!
