We ordered and it took a while to get our food. Then she comes back with our food and says "you didn't order anything right?" When I did and I told her what I got and she said oh and went back and it took forever. What was she writing down if she didn't write my order down??? Pretty empty here no wonder why. Also the Oreo milkshake tasted like banana at the bottom so we know that glass wasn't cleaned properly. It also had a strong smelly odor in there. Nasty.
Worst IHOP experience ever! Three tables with customers including ours. We waited forever for our food. The chicken tenders and onion rings were so overcooked, you could've knocked the building down with them. Driest and most bland omelet I've ever had.We asked twice for a refill that we didn't get until we got our ticket(that we asked for 15 minutes prior to receiving). If I could leave zero stars, I would.
Terrible experience picking up food. The lady asked me why I was there 4 separate times. It weird that she asked, went into the kitchen for 5 minutes, came back and asked and repeated the process so many times. After the 4th ask, she comes back and says we don't have your order. I show her the receipt on my phone. She takes the phone from my hand (without my permission) and brings it into the kitchen and returns and says, it'll be out in a few minutes. The food is very sloppily put together and the order was very off. Terrible experience. There was one other couple in the entire restaurant who were also there waiting for their food. Another family walked in and left after waiting for 10 minutes because no one was helping them and the restaurant was virtually empty. ?
Doesn't deserve 1 star! Took an hr to get our food. When we did it was cold. Took 5 times and 2 different waitresses to our ticket correct, kept getting over charged. Waitress kept cutting off my daughter as she was trying to order and brought it out wrong. Save your time and money!
I am typing this as I sit and wait for my order to be ready. I placed my order online and was told my order would be ready for 8:15. I arrived to iHop at 8:30 because of my previous experience I had to wait a bit longer for my food. I wasn’t greeted either time, however I waited and was finally greeted and asked what I needed. I informed them that I was picking up an order for Yavyron. The lady went to the back and came back with an order for a guy who walked in before me but he informed them that it was not his order so she took it back to the back and came back empty handed. I asked the other lady can I get some assistance and I also informed her about my order but she too went to the back and came back empty handed and didn’t acknowledge me. Another customer came in and was greeted and at that time he waited for assistance on his order but she again went to the back and came back with the wrong order. I then asked for the manager who at the time told me to calm down. The manager informed me that my food have to be remade and he apologizes. When I got my food it was still cold and I will NEVER give this location my money again
Arrived around 11 pm, for a late night bite. The women's restroom was dirty and no paper towels. I received a cup of coffee with no way to stir, I was brought cutlery after I requested, but it was plastic. Ok, I kinda get the pre packaged cutlery, but really? We finally placed our order and I started (party of 4) and after I gave my order (2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon), the server asked me to repeat because he was distracted. This should have been a sign, because he wasn't writing anything down and the order process for the rest of the party was about the same. I'm all about giving allowances because of the pandemic, limited supplies and over worked staff. However. When the FIGHT between the staff broke out in the kitchen, including our server, we decided it was time to leave. We did get served two eggs and to pieces of bread (not toasted, just cut like toast), about the time the altercation started. Needless to say, the argument spilled out to the parking lot, several of the staff left the premises. No one was getting pancakes at IHOP tonight. Since we were vacationing and had called a ride service, we got to witness the entire ordeal, including the arrival of the police. Hmm ... good bad or otherwise, probably my last visit to any IHOP.
Seems like a whole lot of people lacking basic common sense in there. Never even got served. I came around 2pm and there were maybe 5 tables occupied. Talked to 3 different servers after waiting an hour and never even got drinks. This place shouldn’t even be open if they’re THAT short staffed. 0 stars is more appropriate.
On Jan 22, 2022, I entered the restaurant and the front counter was empty. There were approximately only 3 tables in the whole restaurant that were occupied, so they were not busy at all. A couple minutes later after standing at the front register a young woman approached and took my to go order. She said it would be a 10-15 minute wait; I said cool, I will wait in my car. I came back into the restaurant 20 minutes later to an empty front register again and actually waited longer this time. Finally an employee from the kitchen came out to leave and as he passed me, I'm sure he could visibly tell I was very annoyed at this point and he asked is someone helping you. I said no, I was waiting to pick up my to go order. He went to check on my order and it still wasn't ready. Finally the same young woman brought my order out and I said thank you. After getting in my car I looked through my bag and there was no eating utensils. With increasing annoyance, I went back into the restaurant to meet again, the empty front register. After waiting about 5 minutes, I walked toward the kitchen, didn't see no one, so I walked to the back of the restaurant where I found 4 young women just sitting and chatting in the back tables, including the young woman that serviced me earlier. I looked them and kindly asked for a set of eating utensils. They all looked at me like I was clearly disturbing their chat, and it was also clear no one wanted to move. Finally one of them (not the young lady that serviced me at the register), got up grudgingly and went into the kitchen to get the utensils. This was the worse experience I've ever had at an IHOP. If the employees do not want to do their jobs or provide customer service they need to find another job. This is simply NOT a good look for any restaurant. The nasty, lazy, attitude the women employees had here was disgusting and I will never return! IHOP managers and all employees must do better, we are paying for service, you are not giving it away free.
I never write reviews but I just couldn’t allow myself not to. I ordered food last night it was absolutely horrible! The $13 mozzarella sticks were barely cooked. They had old, burnt fries (maybe about 6 pieces) in the container with the raw sticks. On top of that, I ordered pancakes which I never got. This was the whole reason I even ordered from here to begin with! There was butter all inside the bottom of the container with the eggs that I threw away (ice cold) and the bacon was raw! IHOP why would you allow someone to send food out that looked that way? Where is the management? I work in the service industry I can’t imagine serving that to a paying customer. The purpose of this review is to hopefully get someone involved who cares just a little bit and can hopefully make some changes then maybe this won’t happen to the next person. I’m so upset because I’m still starving and I’m out of $30! Get it together IHOP!!!!!!!!!
Please don't waste your time. There was 1 couple in the restaurant, we waited for a table of 2 for 10 mins to get seated. The waitress took our order and we waited for another 30 mins for an omelet. The food was horrible. The dining room was trashy, with one table sitting dirty The entire time we were there, right next to us. Will keep return. The wait staff and cook seemed nice, but that's not excuse for the long wait times with an almost empty store.
