The waiter was great. I don't like being forced to pay gratuity and a service charge. I would have tipped $10 not for the food but the waiter was good. I was by myself and not a big group. I ordered a breakfast sampler ,side order of biscuits and gravy which had hardly any gravy, and a coffee. With everything it was 27.57
customer service sucks.... train your staff to have a better attitude... the young lady was very short and rude with customers
Everything was terrible. First, they tell us coffee was lukewarm because of I don't know what problem they had. I asked to warm it up in the microwave. How is this possible in a place where what they sell the most is coffee?? Then cups and utensils were disposable. I had to ask the server for every single thing (water, a stirrer, Splenda...). And on top of that the sever didn't have the best attitude. It seemed like he was doing me a favor every time I asked something. And prices were super high for this kind of place. I highly recommend Streetcar Cafe, a nice little place just a couple of blocks from there.
First morning was mostly fine, other than their limited menu. The order was placed online and was slow to pickup. Clearly understaffed, it took them 10 mins to acknowledge my husband entered the restaurant so he could request the order. Food was okay, though the portions were small for the potatoes compared to the second day.The second morning was a disaster. Order was 20+ mins late. Brought it back to our hotel room to find one sausage was less than half the normal size, there was no butter for the pancakes, and the eggs were definitely not over easy as requested. One yolk broke and fried hard. The other was so undercooked it was just slime. How they managed that was beyond me. Submitted a complaint online and requested they contact me, no response.Definitely not what I expected from IHOP.
My friend and I went for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. There were a couple of customers in there before us. We were seated right away and asked what we wanted to drink. The place was clean. We were served our food in a reasonable time period. Food was hot and good.
a busy place, it was nonetheless the only reliable breakfast in the area. Service was slow, and the food was average
Husband & I ate breakfast here before returning home from anniversary wknd. All was well until a patron threw a hot coffee in a waitresses face, causing all hell to break loose. Workers all fled trying to catch the guy, as did my husband. This man needs to be beat! However, our breakfast still came out hot and delicious even though cops, paramedics there and scene was chaotic. Kudos to the workers!
This is worst experience! After one hour of waiting - the manager came and said ticket didn’t print or something. Obviously they were lying as the “server” told us multiple times that food will come in 5-10 mins !!! I can live with everything but not people who lie and don’t own up their wrongdoings!!!
Definitely not the friendliest staff or good IHOP location. Security officer at night basically treated us like criminals trying to escape prison when we were looking for a quick bite. Remanded to see vax cards on multiple people
This IHOP was not clean and charged more for the coffee and orange juice than the food! The floors were slick and paper on the floor from previous customers.
