The food was good, but we waited about 45 minutes for food after we ordered, but that's understandable, everyone is short staffed.

June6,2022 Food good. Waitress excellent.
I’m arrived at the ihop at the 10:30 and they attend me but the food it’s 1 hour late, at 11:29 and with bad presentation, the omelette is like a scramble eggs and they made again and bring me bad my order, three times they prepared my breakfast, I took a pictures about my food before and after. Really I’m disappointments, ihop was my favorite place to breakfast NO MORE
Everything was served hot. The grits, eggs, sausage and the pancakes. All was hot and delicious. Didn't wait long on a Sunday to be seated or wait on our food. We had no complaints
The worst customer service ever! I tried calling the store several times after placing my order online and the line was busy all morning. I clicked the “on my way” button and gave them 40 minutes to prepare my food. When I got here, I waited 20 minutes in the curbside pickup spot and had to come inside to find my food STILL NOT PREPARED. This is ridiculous! Do not waste your time coming here!!!!!
I wasn't able to dine-in, because I spent at least 20 minutes waiting to be seated, along with the other 6-people ahead of me. There wasn't even anyone around to great us, nor were there more than a handful of patrons inside the restaurant. We 1st arrived for service at 7:30am, to find out the restaurant doesn't open until 8am, which is kind of unusual for a restaurant specializing in breakfast food, and is typically open on or around 7am anywhere else in the Country. Even when we returned at 10:30am, this location appeared not to be ready to service their customers. It's obvious, by the "Help Wanted" signage posted on the main doors, the establishment has fallen victim to the current labor shortage crisis, which has affected the majority of the country.I realize this is the deep south, but perhaps this restaurant should consider pay raises, to attract a more reliable staff. I think $15/hr. would bring some of the hospitality workers back to the industry.I would definitely pay the added cost, if it meant returning the service industry experience at least close to the pre-COVID level of expectation, or better, especially since it's clear that this Country appears committed to being a Service economy, instead of the manufacturing economy it once was.PAY YOUR STAFF, SO YOU CAN SERVICE YOUR PATRONS!
The reason it gets this is for the staff that ignored us for what we could only assume is our skin color. While others we being served. We sat for over 30min until while other we severed.order were taken after we were there. Finally a lady came to ask of everything was okay I said no we have been wait for 30min and she hope on it and had our order taken and was making sure we were taken care of. You could hear her talking to the staff and repermanding them for how they treated us. All I can say is that Manager gets 5 out of 5 stars and yes I hope she showed her rude staff the tip we left her cause it was almost 100% of the bill. Just because someone's color is different doesn't mean we are....yes the restaurant wasn't full and they had 4 servers working.
Me and my family had a great experience at this location on X-mad day thanks to our waiter Mr Mac. He has the best customer service ever and I’ll return to this location next time we return
Service was fast and friend. Very attention waiters.
