Stopped in for a quick coffee and breakfast. Menu was diverse. Food and coffee were delicious! I highly recommend the Brekkie Sandwich with a Flat White!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops I have ever been to. Simple menu that has everything you'd expect at a standard coffee shop. But they also have brewed to order iced pour over with multiple origins of coffee available. Both savory and sweet baked goods that we tried were all very tasty as well.

Excellent coffee and tea drinks. The Vegan Carrot Cake Muffin is sooooo good!

A great place to eat, the food is lovely and they have a great gluten free selection..The staff was sweet and incredible helpful when it came to allergies.

Was here for a quick coffee and croissant before a virtual work meeting and wanted to work. I ordered a coffee and croissant and was excited to try this place out because it had such great reviews.I was absolutely flabbergasted when I went to sit and all of the outlets were covered and the signs said no wifi. I was trying to work at a coffee shop, a usual experience that I could reasonably expect… I asked if there was an outlet to plug in my laptop and the counter man looked at me like I was insane when I asked where I could find an outlet.I cancelled my order and walked out and chose another coffee shop down the road.

Really great breakfast spot. Although not on the drink menu they do make a great caramel macchiato. The Ozzy breakfast bowl was great too.

Hivolt is more than a coffee shop. Much more. It's a bakery and maker of many delicious things. For example, the Morning Glory Muffin is the best muffin in NOLA. Next, try the French Connection. It's a croissant with several delicious things inside. Or try their bowls. I like the Rufus. I could list all the ingredients, but you have to go and try one.

The regular drip coffee had a nasty flavor! I couldn’t force myself to drink and had to get some from a different coffee shop that was way way better. The Dom sandwich was really good though.

If you’re trying to go to a coffee shop and get some work done, DO NOT come here. Me and my husband had a bad experience. On the front door it said no wifi available, which was annoying but I figured it was fine since I could use my hotspot. I ordered a coffee and two breakfast sandwiches which came out to $25(!!!!!)I sat down and all of the outlets were covered up with duck-tape that said do not remove. My husband inquired about why we couldn’t plug in and they said the owner doesn’t allow for customers to use the outlets. What…?The employee behind the counter, idk if she was the owner, was SO RUDE to another customer who was having the same problem we were having. This employee told the customer that a coffee shop isn’t a work place and that they had a sign on the door that they don’t have wifi. The customer explained that the sign on the door said no wifi, not that you can’t use the outlets. I was honestly flabbergasted at how rude this employee was to this customer. She reiterated over and over that this is a business not a workplace and that we could go somewhere else.We were treated so poorly for wanting to use our computers in a coffee shop! This is not a new concept, especially for how many people are working remotely now! You would think with how expensive it is to purchase an item here that this coffee shop would allow customers to use their outlets…Anyways, we joined the other customer in leaving and will never be back!
