They are never on time, food consisted takes twice as long as they say. The folks at the front are rude and unimpressive. I had a bad experience the first time, gave them the benefit of the doubt, had a worse experience the second time. I’m still currently waiting on my food. Was told 15 minutes, it’s been an hour and 15 minutes. I recommend you go somewhere else.
This place is delicious, but it is not vegan. All their sauces have chicken broth. That’s what the cooks and waiter told me in late June 2022.Their food is great, and so is the service. Just not a place for vegans
Walked in first as they opened. Cashier took my order. Several people came in behind me, including someone who ordered online. I watched everyone get their food while I sat there waiting for a single, simple dish. Finally given my food, got in the car and drove the 7 blocks to my house. Sat down to eat - the food was cold, probably not been in the wok for even 30 seconds. Green Tea has gone way downhill in recent years. There are 2 other Chinese restaurants on Claiborne Ave with the same exact quality food: Pre-cooked and thrown in the wok to heat up when ordered. I'll be taking my business to the others from now on.
The food was good. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, I think that they could have used less breading on the chicken.
The sweet and sour soup was hot and had plenty of veggies. The menu allows for vegetarian orders. You have to specify which tea you are ordering, because the bubble tea is considerably more...The service was great. There is plenty of food left over. It is a trip and expense worth taking.
I didnot go too green tea , I went next door too green tea , which is Verizon the phone place too see what's was wrong with my phone I'm good now
Nice place...but the food is subpar in my opinion. It's good, just not that "pop" of flavor I'm used too. Great menu and very nice people and service. They seem to use fresh ingredients...My orange chicken was ok...Had real orange slices in it. So 3 stars because I just think the flavor of the food could be better! Just my opinion...try it!
Have been going here since 2009 when they were on Louisiana and Magazine. The new location is nice but have never eaten in. Staff is nice and they are pretty fast for having as many orders as they do. Also their prices are still reasonable.
I miss Green Tea Delivery so I went and picked up from the restaurant for the first time. Easy to miss and the parking lot is small and tight.Inside it was clean and modern and the food is still amazing. Sesame chicken crab rangoon and combo lol mein.
Their food is amazing and they also came out with boba recently i dont kniw if they still sell it but it was really good! I would definitely recommend!
