It’s obvious why this restraunt has an automatic 20% tip added to the bill. Service is so bad no one would tip otherwise. Our waitress was arrogant and argumentative. After bringing a bottle of beer I asked for a chilled glass and she became argumentative that they may or may not have one and so I asked for a glass or plastic glass or a paper cup because I did not drink from the bottle. I asked for my salad dressing to be on the side and she quipped back that that’s how they do it anyway. A seafood restaurant being without salmon at 5 PM in the evening is poor management. When asked for our snapper fish to be cooked well done she quipped we only cook it one way. All in all an unpleasant evening even though the food was decent we would not go back

Food was amazing, The gumbo was seasoned perfectly, However I feel they were understaffed for a special event like the Essence Fest, I will visit again next time I’m in New Orleans.

Waited 20 minutes for our server to bring us menus or water. Some guests who came in after us got their food before we had our order taken.

Well, I have to start with Cali, what a beautiful presence she was to our dinner! I came for the Happy Hour Shrimp Boiled and Loved it. The surprise was the Sticky Ribs with an Asian Flair that we're the 'Best Ribs" my sweet wife and I have ever experienced. Great Place will eat there again, before we leave NOLA!!!

We never miss an opportunity to dine whenever we come to New Orleans. Our absolute favorites are the smoke fried oysters, crawfish beignets, and chargrilled oysters. All of the staff are so friendly. Occasionally we even received a complimentary dish. ❤️

While on vacation to NOLA, the Grand Isle Restaurant was suggested by our concierge. We followed his direction and made a reservation. So glad we did., the location was packed. Luckily we were seated upon arrival. The service was very friendly. The portions were large. The service was very slow, so need to keep that in mind in having plans after dinner. Overall, it’s a place we would go back to. Very pleased.

Outstanding food and service. The signature martini and creole crawfish pasta was divine.

This was Absolutely the Worst. Chargrill oysters were gritty and so chewy out of 6…I spat out 2 left 2 in the shell … girlfriend tried one. Which she spat out. Ordered Jambalaya which was a scoop of soft paste…. Mustard greens weren’t terrible. My date ordered the braised pork chop which was. Well we ended up not eating much.

Really enjoyed our lunch the day before and decided to have dinner too. Food was really good and service was enjoyable

Outstanding service. Fun staff. Thanks for helping us generate great memories of our trip to NOLA
