Best gosh darn chicken sando in town. Fresh as heck. Veggie options too! The Larry Bird is my go to- its like a BLT but stacked up with rotisserie dankness! But the Good Bird sando has that superfresh Verde sauce... Best to get one of each IMO- split them both with a friend or save one for dinner. And don't sleep on the (included!) homemade chips. *Chef's Kiss*
Amazing salads - I ate there everyday for lunch when I was in Nola. They have chicken of course, but the falafel wrap for veggies is scrumptious. Also, I find it touch to resist the free chips that come with the sandwich. ??‼
I cannot stop thinking about how amazing this salad was. The sandwiches also seemed lovely and the steak fries were excellent with their sauce.
Ok so good bird, let’s just say this. My husband and I are travel nurses. We are in NoLA for three months and about two weeks ago we discovered this gem of a place. We have been here about 5 times in two weeks. The sue bird with chicken is amazing. The picture doesn’t do it justice. My husband gets the Larry bird sandwich every time he comes. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Also the iced tea and hibiscus lemonade are perfection. If you want a healthy meal come here. You will not be disappointed.

I love it here! I come here a lot sometimes twice a week. The new location is super cute, I love the music they play, the staff is always friendly and the food is great. Portion sizes are large so that even if you’re having a bowl of greens you feel full and energized after. Best place to eat on Ferret <3
We got take out, it was so yummy and fresh!! Generous portions, amazing flavors. Definitely recommend!!
i have part by good bird often but never had the opportunity to try it so stopped by to try it it’s a small place with only three staff - two cooks and one person taking and delivering orders we ordered the southwest salad with chicken on the side, the good bird (veggie) sandwich and a side of sweet potatoes the southwest salad was good - large with good flavors. the veggie sandwich had nice fillings but the bread could’ve been better quality; the side chicken looked bland but the side sweet potatoes were good
So, the food was good. My boyfriend and I were looking for a good place for a salad. He just recently moved to Ferret. We each got a salad and added chicken and then two waters and our total was $46 dollars. It was good but not a lunch salad for $46 good.
Used to love this place, but the past two visits have been pathetic.Trip #1: Ordered fries. Wasn’t told that fries were out, yet gave me my bag without it and sent me on my way after I tipped 25%.Trip #2. Half of the order was wrong. Came back to get the panini, which was not pressed at all. Just cold bread. Oh, and I ordered bacon on the sandwich and paid probably $3 for which hilariously didn’t make it on the sandwich despite them making it a second time.
