8f I could give more stars I would, my burger was made to perfection, my fries were amazing. Customer service spot on! Especially the gentleman at the register, I only wish I knew his name bc he needs a raise and a promotion!, he took great care of me!! I will absolutely recommend and will absolutely ? be back!! I would not recommend ordering from this location using Grubhub. I don’t know how they verify who’s picking up an order, but they gave our order to someone who wasn’t our driver and the order was lost. Then when we tried to reorder, Grubhub said they refused to remake the order.
Got Uber Eats through this location but not holding any uber eats issues against the store. I absolutely love Five Guys but the burger I got from this location was horrible. Patties were overcooked and bone dry. It was like biting into a piece of asphalt, which is shocking since Five Guys patties are always juicy and delicious. Toppings seemed to be picked at random, with cheese and bell peppers on the burger without being ordered and missing the mustard and onions that I did order along with one single jalapeno slice. Absolutely do not recommend.
$37 for two double meat burger meals with fries and drinks. Service this experience far superior to Mickie Ds and the bearded King. Probably the only fast food chain that gives fries for the money. An employee is always cleaning up the lobby. Thumbs up recommendation!!
The food was delicious as always. The delivery app didn’t detect my address. I forgot to change it, lol. My kids received my food. They ate it, too
It's Five Guys. The food is delicious. The Cajun fries had a bit too much seasoning, but the rest was delicious.The problem was service. Usually at Five Guys when ordering without a bun, they ask if it is a gluten allergy, which it is. They didn't. I told them we're usually asked and requested they change gloves. Apparently that was too much to ask. In addition to having an attitude, they didn't change gloves.And then both burgers were lacking the extra patty I paid for. They remade the whole burgers, which I appreciated, but it took a long time. It was 20+ mins before I had my food, and the others in my group had already eaten.I expected better from Five Guys.
Way overpriced the burger was overcooked the french fries supposedly the fresh were cold to say the least. I paid almost $17 for a double cheeseburger with bacon and a regular order of fries for that price I will go to a fancy restaurant instead of this place. Take my advice and just go to Burger King and get a better Burger. I will not be going to this place ever again.

Should've ordered Mooyah's or District Donuts... This burger is absolutely flavorless. The fries are drowned in seasoing but missing salt... Did ya'll run out of salt because everything is bland!
A nice comfort break after my Covid test. Nice juicy burgers, not crowded (I was early). I hope they survive.
