Second time I ordered from here for delivery… first time it was wrong order… this time I ordered extra steak and called to confirm what I wanted… still got it wrong and they didn’t even give extra steak.. I’m a pitbull not chihuahua I need more than 2 oz of steak. Called and stuttering Stanley answered the phone not knowing how to respond to me, don’t know who runs this location but I’ll just make sure I drive over next time
BARTENDER IS EXTREMELY RUDE!! she rejected my ID and proceeded to publicly humiliate me, talking badly about me to the other customers at the bar. The bar was crowded and everyone was making fun of me, and it made me so uncomfortable I had a panic attack. Extremely immature and unprofessional. There are plenty of ways to resolve this situation besides public humiliation, this isn't high school. I really would recommend leaving if you see the female bartender with long brown hair, zero stars.
The lady behind the counter was so kind, caring, and just nice. I went in about 5 min before close. I hadn't eaten all day and was going to be at work for hours longer. She took my order, took the time to slice all the veggies, patiently waited for my choices and made me an amazing burrito. The meal was awesome and filled my belly but heart also for just the care behind the counter.
Location was dirty. Food was not great. Chips were pretty stale and served in a paper bag. I got the street tacos. The Al Pastor was pretty bland and the Baja shrimp tasted closer to bait than shrimp. The cabbage had an odd sour vinegar taste to it.
Best food ever I live on the west Bank and go there as much as possible it's a pretty far drive for some food but worth it every time garenteed.
My name is Nichelle Mathieu I’m a loyal customer at Felipe’s. I visit the South Miro location regularly I enjoy the atmosphere meet, and socialize with colleague ,friends,family as well as my extended family who are part of the loyalty . I was at the location at the bar however there’s was discrepancies on my bill she’s proceeded to call her manager (Luismi) to correct the issue. Luismi handle the issue very poor. Luismi belligerent attitude towards the issue was very disturbing. She’s was Unwillingly to resolve and listen. She lacks customer service and people skills. If she treated a loyal customer I can only imagine how she treats the staff now it makes sense why some of the great employees leave. Spoke with Pike Nevertheless besides the discrepancy as a loyal customer he never acknowledge or Thank me for patronizing the family owned business.. that says a lot WOW !!!!!
Food is decent, but watched the guy who made my quesadilla unfold and refold it after he cooked it about 4 times before giving it to me. Not super appetizing
The bartender, Melonie, (blonde, pixie cut) denied my ID (I am over 21) after she talked so quietly I didn’t hear her ask what my zip code is. She then angrily announced to the whole bar she denied my fake ID. I asked why and she said I didn’t know my zip code, I then told her and she still did not let me order. She raised her voice and drew the entire restaurants attention to me, after I committed no crime. She didn’t even look at my ID before she chose to deny me, and I think it’s because I didn’t say hi back to her because again, she doesn’t speak. I understand the concern about fake IDs, however she handled the situation in a very immature, disrespectful manner. If I could give 0 stars I could.

The Spanish lady taking my order was so nice and friendly but the cashier had and unprofessional customers service bad way talking to customers and the guy wrapping the food was throwing everything on my food like he didn't like working there .they should have happy crew with no additude..spend $78 and the crazy part when I saw my receipt .nothing was on it just charged $78 like really they don't show what you buying?? I think I was over charged..
