Great food and service. Good atmosphere. The people working seemed to enjoy their jobs. Really enjoyed our meal here in our New Orleans trip.

Excellent brunch. Very unique menu.

At best, it’s average. The food is not tasty. I expected something much better after reading the good reviews.

Good food and atmosphere!

Host was wonderful with good energy. The food was very good - highly recommend the etouffee and red beans and rice.

Food and friendly staff was great! Wished appetizers and entrees didn’t arrive at same time, but it all tasted very good.

Loved it! Great service and food! Would go again! Wonderful fried green tomatoes and alligator! A must place to eat in the quarter!

Get the Crawfish & Grits! Very much worth the hype. The other brunch items were ~meh~ & not vey good, but the crawfish & grits made up for it.

We had brunch at Evangeline again during our visit to New Orleans and as expected they didn’t disappoint. The service was great and the food was awesome. Definitely recommend.

Six of us dined including four children. We each ordered something different. The gumbo was not good. The crawfish etouffee was excellent. The alligator pasta was mediocre and the red beans and rice lacked seasoning. As far as desserts, the butter cake was the best one followed by the bourbon pecan a la mode. I would not recommend a bread pudding. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was served in an ice bath tableside. The two best things about this restaurant are the ambiance and the service. I would return again but I would order something different.
