I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of customer service from one of the staff. My family and I came to visit from Florida to explore and have a nice time. Upon placing my order, the estimated order completion time was accorded to be 12 minutes, for which I abided and followed up after. I must say, this is a busy Sunday evening & is comprehensive to recognize that mistakes happen, orders are missed thus consequently cause additional time, however the cashier at the time gave me a backhanded apology and decided to be condescending. I hope this is a learning opportunity for everyone. Aside from this, awesome place, you should visit !
Recently visited New Orleans for the Final Four and had pizza from Crescent City. Very good quality N.Y. style and I suggest checking this place out. Nice staff and good selection of slices.
$9 for a slice of pizza? You be the judge, but it was pretty good! We liked the flavor options and ability to buy alcoholic slushees nearby!
The shrimp alfredo was better than Olive Garden! The kids loved the meat lover's pizza. Delivery guy was so nice. Next vacation, we'll definitely order again
Definitely beats all the other corner store pizza joints. They make the pizza in front of you and it’s cheaper to get a whole hot pie than by the slice.
The absolute worst pizza ever. Paid $35 plus tax for some bread, sauce, a few onions and mushrooms. Somebody forgot to tell them cheese goes on pizza ?. It's the absolute worst piece of rubbery garbage! Don't waste your taste buds or time!NOTICE!!!! They only respond to good reviews. They don't care that they are terrible. Good management responds and learns from bad reviews.
Notice most current reviews are not good this place has gone down!! Used to be the best pizza in town we eat here three or four times whenever we come in which is often!! However went tonight and it is not what it used to be!! We got two cheeseburger and one Buffalo. Prices up to 9$ a slice and not even a box for three pieces to carry down bourbon street back to our hotel!! Save your money willies or dominos is a better deal and you get a to go box!!
great (on the go) pizza. absolutely none better than this in new Orleans for a quick bite of pizza. Thin crust larger than normal slices, The sauce is actually very good and tangy
Worst customer service ever! Don’t ask for cheese and pepperoni pizza.. it’s either cheese or pepperoni… the owner should train their staff better.. to not verbally attack customers.. when someone attacks me I will attack back!! We were over charged and never got my money back, because there was no manager on site.. a terrible way to do business.. not a good impression for New Orleans! And the pizza, nothing special!
I would never write such a review unless it's a serious matter. Thus, hoping to reach management.I visited this establishment Saturday, October 30th at ~11:30pm. Long story short, my friend and I were verbally harassed by the cashier guy, named Andrew. The pizza maker, Ari witnessed it all including other customers standing in line behind us.We requested to order a whole pizza. During this time Andrew angrily gave attitude, made a big ordeal over the simple ask, and told us it would cost $50 plus a mandatory $15 tip.So he angrily asked us to hurry up and to make a decision saying, "What do you want?!"We politely decided to go with a whole pizza & asked for half cheese and half Hawaiian. Angrily he responded, "we don't do Hawaiian!" And so we chose half pepperoni and half cheese. We were quick to give him a credit card to pay the $50 pizza and $15 tip in cash with no hesitation.Although, in the back of our minds we didn't feel that this whole transaction was right. I was literally dumbfounded by his demeanor and wondered if we did anything wrong by ordering a whole pie at a pizza joint? And because we were in shock we just kept our mouth shut and waited for our pizza.While waiting, it just so happened that a guy was walking out with a whole pizza. So I curiously asked him how much he paid in tip. In reply he said, "$10".At that point I realized that Andrew was just arbitrarily demanding tip and decided to take advantage of two little Asian females.We are absolutely appalled by this type of behavior and do not appreciate Andrew's treatment towards us. We hope that this matter is taken seriously and corrected in due course.
