I was in New Orleans in April for work and wanted to visit the iconic Coyote Ugly while in town.We arrived inside and it wasn’t busy at all so we were able to order drinks pretty fast. I wont drag this review out so I’ll keep it short.Overall it was a good time, the drinks were good, the staff/ladies were nice, but there wasn’t much dancing like you hear about. When you go to this place you expect dancing on the bar and loud music. There wasn’t any of that. Maybe it’s because the time of year or something. The games we played were fun too! Good experience but nothing to be over excited about. Next time I’m in town I’ll have to try it again!
Where we started the bar crawl and was a kool place to start. The staff has high energy and played fun games but drinks were weak to me and expensive. I paid $20 for a double shot wasn’t even a little lit after. The shots they gave were weak
Had so much fun here three weeks ago. Today I got a notification that my credit card was swiped there. They are not even open according to the website. Notified my bank and apparently they have been putting small charges on it for the past four days. Credit card fraud is not cool and super slimy of the establishment!
The staff was great! friendly atmosphere.
Fun singing dancing cold beer it’s a great lil place
Fun place! The staff are high energy and do lead the crowd into fun & games.Drinks are small - always pay the person you get your drink from, not to be confused with the bar dancer, who will consider it a tip. Fair enough.
This place was super fun. Spent a couple of hours drinking and watching girls get on and off the bar.. both that worked there and tourist. It was a fun time with good drinks. The drinks were made well but seemed a little pricey foe their size compared to other local bars. But if you were a fan of the movie, this is a good spot to stop and check out. Everyone there was extremely pleasant and witty.
It was ok..expected dancers on the bar..more busy..drinks ok
I got caught slipping on this one. Never again. I had a double Crown with a splash of Sprite; my honey had a double Jack with a splash of Coke: $32 + tip. I'm guessing these drinks were about 6 or 8 oz each. Perhaps that's just the lay of the land considering the location, but that's what we call highway robbery. The jukebox uses the TouchTunes app, and the bartender, though friendly, was heavily encouraging patrons to play music.
Thx Jazz for takin pictures with me❤Love Coyote Ugly!
