They are ok as far as the service goes, no sitting area to eat.But they make up for it with that Fresh & Hot Chicken!…
Food was hot but my order was kinda wrong mixed up sizes for my bombers and the okra i would've rather more okra then bombers those things are spicy

I'm not sure how you buy chicken from a fast food place such as church's & the food has absolutely no taste to it? I was extremely disappointed, & on top of that the it was fried beyond hard! Every visit you get something different from this same location. Not sure if I'll return. Also, the A/C was out in the lobby area!
This Church's chicken spot, #1153, is small, but super busy! Customer service was awesome, no matter what was happening. Thank you Ms. Brianika W.!! Keep up the great work young lady! Would recommend cooking oil be changed more often.
This place has a lot of patrons, so the chicken is always fresh.
I went there on today 02/24/22 at about 2:52 p.m. I purchase the Parade special and a cold drink. Waited for my order to come up but when it did the Manager (Terrell) serve me my chicken immediately I asked her for ketchup she turn her head and just ignored me. She stood there look towards her cashier faking like she was helping her but continued to ignore me. I tap on the window to get her attention she never responded. Just a little act of kindness would have went a long way. Thank you for not being kind but bias. Because I knew you judge me and that's why you didn't won't to help me.
This used to be the Church's Chicken to go to. It used to have fresh fried chicken no matter when you went there. Now you have to hope you got there when the fresh chicken was coming out.

Chicken was COLD..forgot part of my order..I had to return to the store..only to recieve BURNT mac and cheese....it was awful
