I have never felt more disrespected by a place that me and my hubs frequent when we are craving. We get the usual menu items (egg rolls, foo young, chow mein ) but this was my last time. I was told everything I wanted to order was sold out. I had to go and get $cash before they would even take my order. Then I come back show them I have cash. Now I get told they sold out of lots of stuff. But I step out of line to call hubs to explain. And the guy behind me orders two of the dishes I just tried and was told no. Another person orders and isn't told no. I get back in line. They say no again. So I paid $80 for food I didn't even know what it was. They forced my hand and I left with what they would let me order. So disappointed. Hubs disappointed and guest disappointed. We at least had dinner. Looking for recommendations for a better place. BTW I am white. I felt truly disrespected for my color. As the other patrons we're not.
Food was not what we ordered, gave me a VERY hard time trying to order, wouldn't let me order egg foo yung but then let someone else order it about 5 mins later, service was not good and I had to wait an extra 25 min bcuz they wouldn't place my order until I went to the ATM for cash. We used to LOVE this restaurant but it's now on our list of do not return places
A friend picked me up and took me to this spot for some Chinese food. I was pushing my luck since it's a little hole in the wall. Sometimes these places have great food however this time it was not. My experience may not be as others but this was not a great experience. I was eating my shrimp fried rice and decided to look down, low and behold; there was a bug in my food.??♂️??♂️?? (see photos)They really need to check the food before giving it out to customers. I had a poor dining experience tonight.
My black people stop giving Chinese kitchen your money. They are rude and they charge for everything. I attempted to call them and they do not answer the phone. They gave me someone else order. Now I have to wait until they are open again which will be on Monday. The barbecue ribs were minus the bbq sauce. And you don’t get the sauce with it you have to pay for it. Each time I have gone there it is supported by blacks. So until they recognize who have kept their business flourishing I would stop patronizing their facility. Peace
Very rude. Had the money but they kept quoting the prices? I can see and read. Poor customer service and the food quality wasn't worth the price. Never again getto nasty Chinese food
Egg roll was way better than before which was a reason I stop getting them.
Food has always been the best. I just wish they would do phone orders. I'm unable to stand in those lines. They should make it easier or have a drive thru for customers who are unable to stand or walk.
The food is hit and miss at times. But the egg rolls be on point when that don't burn them; as well as evenly cooking the cabbage. The main issue is their customer service and rude interactions.
Excellent place to eat very good employee all the food is good you will love to eat there
You now have to wait in a line outside. Once inside, you are still waiting. They only accept cash, and you have no way of knowing until you get up to the door. I had to leave, get cash, and get in the line again. Food is good, but never worth all this hassle.
