Only five stars for the dinner shift. It's always great and delivery driver's are so nice . Do not order from day shift . It is old and microwaved left overs.

Apparently "Chinese mixed vegetables" means just straight cabbage in brown sauce. Had to repurpose and recook my order with what I had in my kitchen because they wouldn't refund or redeliver me anything. Terrible service, rude, and zero recovery effort.

Food is really good. They deliver which is really good. What else is there to say. Oh the place is in the hood, but so what. Park on S. Claiborne Avenue and not in the back at night time.

Customer service is great on entrance. Thought I called and ordered and the guy told me that everything was included in the lunch special then then told me no drink, no egg roll and no shrimp rice. Only meat, white rice or pork rice. Then I pick up my food. And customer service was great. Though I look at my rice and there was only 4 shrimp in it. The lady with the customer service skills got the cooks to get me more but they only gave me 4 more which means their shrimp is 12cents a piece. Because I did get up charged a 1 for shrimp rice.

I ordered Shrimp and lobster sauce. I got garlic shrimp sauce and pork rice with a plate of veggies. Not what I ordered. I called back to tell them. She tells me this is the way they make it now and she didn't charge me for the extra plate. As much business as the hotels in the city of New Orleans gives them. We will never order from them again and you shouldn't either.

The food was hot, good. The service was very fast. Not too pricey. The lady at the window was very nice and friendly

Terrible rice is always gummy it’s almost like they give you old food don’t waste your money Chinese kitchen IS Back OPEN !!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money they don’t even give you plates with divider so your food is mixed together like slop give the food to my dog

Ordered General TSO chicken w/ beef fried rice and Happy Family with house lomein paid $38+ tax for beef fried rice with only maybe 2 pieces of beef in it, the gravy/ sauce in the happy family was in jelly form. If you're going to microwave something at least do it until it's fully warmed. I called myself giving them another chance but I see that I'm going to have to cut all tires with this pitiful place.

I love the food and my order is always fresh and delicious ?

Cheap Chinese food. Nothing special about it. The Chinese food in your local mall food court is better. But for about $10 you get a large portion.
