Food was ok but the staff was awesome which made up for the over priced food. The shrimp tacos suck. We were expecting better because of the name. Btw we were in town for Xavier University graduation.
Speaking specifically of the location at Xavier University there needs to be a sense of urgency because it is located on a college campus. Let's get on it. It is great to have the brand on the campus.

The pace is neutral. Sometimes it moves swiftly, other times it takes a while. The staff is good, some can be a little ehh, but others are very good. Overall, my experience has been ok.
Its Chic Fil A....need I say more. This place puts the chic fil a service in service!

Every time I come here it is a truly awful experience. Dine in, drive thru, curbside. It doesn’t matter. It’s terrible every time. Also, every time they mess up, they just smile at you and are like “sorry”. I don’t want you to be sorry I want you to correct the mistake.
