The service was very slow, the waitress asked us what did we order 7 times. After waiting over and hour with only 4 people in the restaurant we finally got our food (COLD)
I was only picking up a uber eats order for a customer that wasn't ready and they telling me I would need to pay for it
Baleadas were good , so was my friend's pork chop even thought he didn't order it , he wanted beef , we sat on table "24" on Friday January 14, the server seem like she didn't want to be there, she wasn't nice at all. I would come back but hopefully I won't get the same server or the same service. Also, the restrooms need their doors closed or to be cleaner , maybe some air refreshers because even thought our table was far away, we still could smell the dirty restrooms when we were eating.
Thus place has the best I ever had all mexican tacos are fresh made n beef soup n chicken soup is delicious friendly people
Waiting time exceeded what I had expected. Others that ordered after me received their food first. Not a big fan on their customer service.
NEVER will I EVER order from them again! I waited an hour and a half for seafood soup, which is $33 mind you! It was packaged horribly, and the container busted, made a Mess in my vehicle. Additionally, they did Not include all the ingredients(crab legs). I nicely called and patiently waited on a call back, that Never came. I was even willing to drive back to them from the Westbank. They are Highly unprofessional!! The wait was ridiculous and price was too high for them not to correct their problems. Don’t waste your time or money. I truly wanted to like this place, but enough is enough.
