In town with my best friend and we just HAD to stop by here. Such a great bar to visit! I would go back for our bartender (Mel) alone. She really made our experience here great. She was so friendly and attentive!The live music on Monday was amazing as well! Between the staff, atmosphere, live music... I couldn't recommend Cafe Negril highly enough.
We were walking around Frenchmens Street in New Orleans and Julie drew us towards Cafe negril with her warm and inviting personality! Amazing jazz band and amazing place to check out in New Orleans! We totally recommend!
I stepped into a few bars on Frenchman Street. But I really had fun at this one! The Jazz band was really good and the crowd was young and lively!
Great atmosphere! We happen to go there on Tuesday where they have a live band forming from people coming and spontaneously switching them as the night goes. Loved it!
I got great service at this jazz club, and the music was on point. I sat outside and watched folk go in and out, the band playing authentic soul tunes, and horses with carriages ride by on the street. It felt like New Orleans.
Great bar and great bands. We were going to move on but the band kept playing so we stayed. Bartenders were fast and drinks were good.

This was a great little bar on Frenchman Street. The music was great and I got the colada frozen drink, which was delicious. Next time I come to NO, I'll be back.
Great to go on a Thursday - Sunday. When my friends and I went they had the Sierra Green Band playing and the group killed it! Nice vibe and beautiful indoor mural.
Cafe Negril is just the perfect spot with a great vibe. Great entertainment and drinks...The live band is what I needed
