Offer no napkins, no ranch with chicken wings. Not even a coaster for your drinks. Ive been to a lot of B Dubs around the country. This is the worst. Bartender was nice at least. I may as well air fried some wings at home and tip my nice wife. Its dead on a Saturday for a reason. Don’t go.
I really enjoyed my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings , the team was awesome ! management was great and my upmost favorite was the Togo team member , Brittany , She really was a great help , she helped my experience to be magnificent, Definitely recommend everyone to come eat here , and look for Brittany , she is very great !!
The food here is always good. Service always sucks. Tonight I was waiting at the counter to be seated while 3 employees were standing there talking for a good minute or longer before even acknowledging I was there. Then they told me I can seat myself and they'll be right with me. 10 plus minutes later, someone finally came to take my order. And they are not busy whaysoever lol! At least the wings and wedges were on point. The cooks saved the day.
Terrible experience. Went for lunch with a guest over the weekend. There were only two other parties (2 people each) when we walked in, so the hostess said we could seat ourselves. We looked at a couple tables but they were all dirty, so we settled on one and used wet naps to wipe them down.Took FOREVER for someone to come serve us (mind you, there were only 6 patrons in the whole restaurant). My guest and I considered leaving and we definitely should have. When a waitress finally came, she took our order and it was taking way too long to get our food. She came to our table a while later and apologized because there was a new cook being trained. She said that the cook had accidently tossed my guest's chicken tenders in sauce, so he was going to drop a new batch. She offered to bring my food out while we waited for my guest's order and I said that'd be fine.I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich which is fried. When she brought it, it was grilled. Thinking I had made a mistake ordering, I asked her if this sandwich normally comes grilled, and she said. To verify, I pulled up the menu and it is fact supposed to be fried. Not only that, but she brought the very chicken tenders that she said the cooked had messed up .The ones we received were tossed in sauce). So did he not cook new ones like she said?? My guest ordered potato wedges and I ordered fries. They swapped them on our meals. There was literally nothing correct from our order.I was too hungry to send anything back and have to wait another 30 min, so we ate and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I asked for the check soon after finishing. After the waitress processed the payment, she returned to the table with the receipt to sign,, but not my card. I attempted to get her attention as she walked away (at this point we were the only two people in the entire restaurant), but I was unsuccessful. We got up trying to find someone to help me get my card back and didn't see anyone. My guest finally went up to the hostess stand and saw my card. He took it and we left. Never coming back to this location. Absolutely terrible experience.
the service was horrible ,the waitress forgot 4 of our drinks and told us she forgot about them ,we been here for almost two hours and just got our appetizers like 20 minutes ago ,and then i get a order of my food only to find a hair inside ,it’s looks like a eyelash.
Went with a group of 8 for lunch. Ordered 5 waters and 3 teas. EVENTUALLY got our drinks… 2 waters and 5 teas.Ordered food and waited an HOUR AND A HALF for the food. People that showed up after us got their food, ate it, paid, and left well before we got our food. It came out cold and was awful. My spicy garlic seasoning could have been renamed: salt with more salt. Completely inedible.Awful food, awful service. Go ANYWHERE else!
We came in and sat down for 30 mins waiting on our table to be cleaned but the waitor was fire we was laughing with him and everything then I just kept noticing things that can be improved like the tv shows cleaning could be better and employees in general.
Saw a $2.99 charge on my receipt for soda, asked waiter about the $2.99, since I ordered water. Waiter said there is a soda charge for water. Service was VERY slow and had to ask for napkins. Will not be going to Algiers Buffalo Wild Wing again. HORRIBLE!!!
Walked in & no host was seen. finally someone comes up. well the host was outside the whole time talking by a car. my thing is, if she had 2 guest waiting to be seated with another party of 4 to be seated why was she outside talking or taking a break? her tables were even dirty still. so had to wait.for her to clean tables to be seated. place wasnt busy either. finally get to table & the most sour smell was so overwhelming it smacks u in the face ! & the booster seats are so sticky the residue left on my hands was appalling. this place needs a nice deep clean. the smell, feel & look of this place is horrific. idk how people stomach eating in there. i don't wanna know what the kitchen looks like.
This time, the dining experience was horrible. It seemed as if everything was not working. No drinks and smaller portions. Our order was not correct, and it wasn't very busy.
