Everyday of my vacation to New Orleans was 95° and high humidity. If you ever visit down in the bayou you got to go to Bubby's for a refreshing snowball. I came back 3 of the 5 days I was here, and the "Big-Bub" has to be like a 40oz cup. Many flavors to mix but my favorite was orange and dreamsicle stuffed with vanilla ice cream. Don't come here without going to Bubby's!

I went here last week with my mom to get a snowball. When we arrived the lady saw us walking up the stairs and she shut the window in our face. Then we rung the doorbell and she took forever to come to the window. When she finally came i told her i wanted a stuffed snowball (which is basically ice cream in the middle of the snowball) with extra condensed milk and gummy bears. When we drove away she got my order completely wrong and put some type of whip cream in the middle instead of ice cream and then she didn’t even give us enough syrup so our snowball was basically dry. I don’t know her name but she had on glasses and was plus sized.

It's closed though says open in dec..

The snowballs were dry and the ice was hard.

..but they don't have cream flavors? Why?

Great snoballs

Just what I needed. Hit the spot. I might have tipped 5x the bill, totally worth it

There's 2 types of snowball stands in this city. There's the ones with the good syrup made with real sugar and then there's the ones with the high fructose corn syrup fake syrup. Bubby's is one of the later. Not only that but their soft serve ice cream is of the lowest quality to where McDonald's has better. There's absolutely no reason to go here when there's a much better snowball stand 2 minutes away by car.

No frills; friendly service

Excellent Snowballs
