Good sandwiches made of perfect bread. Had lunch on Sunday which was made freshly. Restaurant open only to 2 pm. Nice place to ho to.
So delicious!!! I'm normally not one for beet burgers but the Mighty Melt was soooo good!!! This was a great location as well considering I could walk there from the quarter! The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. The inside is super cute too. The vegan desserts looked so good as well. Everything tasted great!
Delicious vegan breakfast! I had the pumpkin cheddar biscuit and it was very balanced and filling. The tofu scramble was creamy and flavorful! Would definitely recommend for a vegetarian or vegan looking for some breakfast. They also had some very good looking baked goods.
Decent place. For starters I was happy to find a vegan place near the canal street where I was staying. Ambience is good, staff friendly. Not the best vegan food I’ve had. It’s self service there. I tried the tomato basil soup and one of the sandwiches. Location is easy to get from the Canal street. They had some vegan cakes too.
Finally I had time in the morning to have breakfast at this wonderful vegan and plant based restaurant. You can really get lost in all of these different tasty Sandwiches and beverages. I personally fell in love with the Avocado toast on this house baked multi grain bread. After that I tried the Quiche and it was super awesome as well.Guest wifi is in the restaurant. In the end I can only add that Breads on Oak is a must-visit foodie place for New Orleans. I will definitely come back the next time.
First time in NOLA. Got the pumpkin cheddar biscuit. Yum! It was very hearty without relying on grease. Fresh but substantial. The picked veggies were also tasty. I'll be back.
Great food and place to eat with family.?
Excellent bakery for a great vegan bread and coffee for breakfast. We love it there, we almost go every morning to taste different thing. Staffs are super friendly!
Fantastic cafe with a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options. I got an oat milk cafe au lait and the pumpkin cheddar biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was flaky and buttery, which is exactly what one wants out of a biscuit. ? The arugula was crisp and fresh. I didn’t get a pastry, but I will before I walk out! The music was enjoyable and the staff was kind. They have a list of vegan places around the city near the register. 10/10 will be back.
One of the best vegan breakfast sandwiches I’ve had!!!100% vegan restaurant in a great location offering several really good breakfast sandwich options. I went with the biscuit tower and added bacon with a side of cheese grits. Both items were better than expected. This will likely be the only place I eat breakfast during my stay it’s so good.
