I had no idea where my Uber driver was taking me the other day, then we we rolled up on this NOLA gem on a Sunday. What can I say, this is a place that you must experience in person. I felt like I was across the pond when I walked through their front door. Food was superb. Beer selection was on point. Customer service was excellent. They have live blues music all the time and have a beer hall in the back. Perfect place to take the family on a beautiful NOLA day. Dog friendly as well. Oh, I forgot to mention… they have a Bloody Mary that will melt a meat lovers heart.

This is a hidden Gem amongst some warehouses. It's a great authentic German Biergarten! Prost! Of course, some of the best beer...enjoyed a few different types, but really liked the Dunkel. The food was amazing. Enjoyed the Schnitzel Chicken sandwich, so crispy and yummy. It was huge. Perfect for two gals. The Black forest Beer brat was a pork brat, with the best tasting sauerkraut on a pretzel bun. Lastly, the Nurnberger was amazing. Pork brat with carmalized onions and sauerkraut. Again...the sauerkraut tastes so much better (here) because its authentically made. Delicious! They also have great dipping sauces for the fries. Don't pass them up! Great service, Fun place to enjoy lunch outside in the Biergarten!

Good German beer and nice Bratz. Really enjoyed the Paulaner. Loved the soft PretzelLoses a star for charging a non-cash fee on your bill but they don't warn you, bit of a scam

The food is delicious! Highly recommend.

This is so far from being bratwurst what this really is .. is a smoked sausage you can even tell by the color that this is smoked sausage and not bratwurst.. now The slaw was good the mashed potatoes and gravy perfect the black forest cake was pretty delightful but the bratwurst was not bratwurst I wondered why the prices were so low because I know how much bratz cost. This owner is taking advantage of people who don’t know what they’re getting if I had seen a picture of the center of this before I ordered it I would’ve known the difference bratwurst are brownish grey in the center..shame on you for taking a vantage of people here in New Orleans.. by the way the second photo is of what a real bratwurst supposed to look like and what it looks like after it’s cooked

Everything!!! I recommend everything!!! The atmosphere, the food, the Biergarten!! It was fantastic!! Being from Germany it made me feel like I was in a Biergarten at home! The food was amazing! Definitely my new favorite place to go when in New Orleans!! And not to forget the Staff…. Super Friendly!!! Go there… NOW!! You won’t regret it!!?

I've lived in Braunschweig and Freiburg for over 6 years and have travelled throughout Germany, so I've eaten A LOT of delicious German food. This is an authentic German restaurant. I've had several dishes here and the food is excellent.

2nd time eating here and it was fantastic. The food is fresh and delicious I’ve gotten the Nurnburger twice with a Hefeweizen. Great friendly environment and friendly staff.

Food was better than expected. Extremely large portion. Great beer selection. Will definitely return!

If you're looking for a real German style meal without the harassment of hordes of tourists, this place is fantastic. Lots to love in this cozy little place located behind a pizzeria.
