My last experience her was awful, but I came back today and the people were very nice and helpful. Snowballs were delicious and soft, I will be back again?
Just left this Snowball stand at 4:50pm today is 6/18/2022 after standing in line for 20mins. I guess the black female at the front was training as I was told after the incident. I ask for a medium ice cream cream snowball with condensed milk at the bottom. I received it with condensed milk at the top. When the black boy called it out I said I had an ice cream cream snowball but ask for condensed milk at the bottom. He sighed and told the older white man. (Sorry don’t know no other way to identify them). The black guy then went on and said well it’s either double condensed milk or at the top only. Which is a lie I have gotten it that way from here before. I said the the black lady who rung me didn’t say any different. He said oh she’s new she’s training. The black girl. The black guy ask did I want it I said can I get it at the bottom please. He turn to the white man and he says give her her money back. That’s so wrong considering it’s really an heat advisory outside. No great customer service what so ever. The white man was already frustrated bc the line was so long and it’s them 2 while the other lady handling the food. When I walked up the guy in front me was turned around by the cashier bc she stated he said something smart under his breathe. The customer service her is horrible. Y’all rather turn a customer away that’s is sad on so many levels. I’m more frustrated bc it’s so hot. I was literally sweating in line.

Omg! These are the best snow balls ever. The ice is so mellow, and they don't skimp on the syrup! I definitely recommend this spot.
