Good selection of craft beers, I was so happy they had a Stout and Porter to offer. The bartender was very attentive and fast he even came out to the courtyard several times to serve me and bring drinks which came very fast as well. The front door attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The manager was awesome he knew his menu and had awesome recommendations. Cleanest bathrooms I used on Bourbon Street and in New Orleans. I would stop back in here just for the cleanliness on its own. Overall great staff, drinks, and a good experience, would recommend.
Great party atmosphere at night when we went during our vacations. It was a Friday night, the weekend of Halloween and this place was pretty packed. The band was super entertaining...though I forgot the name. Anyways, they had a pretty good selection of beers, priced right and their drinks were strong (seems to be a thing about drinks in NO). I will definitely go again next time.
Had a blast here. Great bar. Loved the back patio outdoor area. Good music. Bulleit Rye Old Fashions we’re wonderful. I recommend this bar stop!
Great live music on a Tuesday afternoon. Mixed drinks on tap, delicious Moscow mule. Didn't have the truffle fries but they smelled good!
If you find yourself in New Orleans you most definitely have to stop here. It's a whole vibe once you walk in. Once you walk in definitely make sure that AB takes care of you at the bar!! He has the positive attitude that EVERY person should have in this industry. Very creative, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough when making cocktails. It's a craft in itself and he has it. Every drink he has made me been on point!!! Despite how busy it gets, he still is very persistent to make sure that you are being taken care of. Once you venture out to explore other bars because well its Bourbon Street, you're you're going to WANT to come back. And when you do again ask for AB he's amazing!!! He deserves more than just 5 stars honestly and truly more than stars, so take care of him when you see him because definitely going to take care of you!!!
On our impromptu vacation within a vacation, my boyfriend and I found ourselves sitting in the Bourbon Street Drinkery for hours listening to the live music and people watching. The drinks are amazing and the selection of craft beer was good as well. There’s three different spots for seating: upstairs (there’s a balcony overlooking the street), downstairs inside (a little loud because you’re right next to the band), and downstairs towards the back (outside, near the bathrooms, and my favorite place to sit when there). If you’re on Bourbon Street, you need to stop here!
If you find yourself on Bourbon Street and you've had your fill of kitsch and chaos, then this is the place to be. Solid beer and drinks menu, friendly staff, and great live music. Spent NYE there and it was an amazing experience.Protip: If there's a band on and you're at the bar, rather than yelling to be heard open the notes app on your phone, type out what you want and show it to the bartender.
The band is beyond talented. The barstools are so comfortable & the customer service is excellent. Love the vibe here and lights. The hurricane is great of course. Love the apparel too!
Nice place. Live jazz music. Good drinks and selection. Little food selections maybe 8 things. Indoor outdoor setting.
