The dining areas, inside and out, were clean.The pizza was great. The associates were not stingy on giving my ingredients. However, they were stingy on customer service. Two of the three clerks hardly talked. One clerk, had an issue with her eyes. They kept rolling towards the back of her head ??♀️. The gentleman who made my pizza did an excellent job practicing for a mime position. The third clerk manning the pizzas was the only one who seemed to want to be at work. She was interactive and thanked us for stopping in.Because Blaze is well know, I will Likely return to the name. I just may not return to this specific location and if I do, maybe a different time of the day.
Quality, service and price is what I like the most. I love how I can combine and create my own Flavor from veggie to vegan. The place is very clean and updated and location is great for those staying at the Hyatt. Will def comeback. Highly recommend it.
Nastiest pizza I’ve ever had. Was quoted a wait time of 15 minutes. Took almost 1.5 hours. Pizza ended up being burnt and the sauce tasted old or something. Couldn’t even eat it so it’s a waste of $37 cash. Only two workers so staffing was an issue as things were clearly too much for them. Wish the owner or someone would reach out. I tried calling in the complaint but no answer and just a voicemail which I do not want to leave for someone for delete. True shame.
The Pizza at Blaze is awesome. It's like you can build your own to Perfection! The staff is friendly too! Especially Carley and Jaylah! Tell them I sent ya!
LOVE this location! Customer service is AMAZING food hot ready perfectly prepared!!!! Can’t wait to go back ! My love for pizza has grown because of all my experiences at this location you guys are AWESOME!!!!!!!!
I honestly don’t like going to this location due to some of the staff having “bad days” pretty often, but as it’s less than a block from my job it’s super convenient. To my surprise, I was shown that there are still wonderful people who care not only about what they do, but the ones they encounter as well. Raquel was super amazing, being friendly, attentive, and knew how to make a terrific pizza pie. I’m still smiling due to how nice, sweet, and beautifully wonderful this woman was. Thanks for an amazing experience Raquel!!! ?
Horrible Experience!! I placed my order on the app for pickup. The order stated pickup will be in 10 minutes. When i made it to the restaurant in 7 minutes with 3 minutes to spare, I was told I would have a 30 minute wait because there was a full line of people before me, who didn’t place an order on the app, but we’re walk-ins. I asked for a refund to which the cashier stated she had to take my name down and she would have to wait to issue a refund around 3-4pm (my order was supposed to be ready at 12:15pm). If there was a notice on the website or app stating no matter if you place your order online, you would still have to wait, I would not be writing this review! Order online and pickup at your own risk!!
Stopped to get a pizza tonight at 9:30 and was told they were closed. The sign clearly says the shop closes at 10. The employees were rude. I love Blaze Pizza, but this was not the typical experience!
I love Blaze. Where else can you get a fully customizable pizza with whatever toppings you want for 11 dollars? You can do half a pizza one way and the other half another.
After a long night celebrating Mardi Gras, blaze pizza was the one that hit it on the nail for me. Their pizza always satisfy my cravings everytime I go, they never disappoint.
