The general manager Sam Hill greeted us with such professional charm. We knew instantly that this was going to be top notch quality. Great staff, very clean and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who loves them some good za!

We stayed at the Alder hotel for a visit to New Orleans and this place was within walking distance of the. The food and service were pretty good but it took a while to get our pizza made and put into the oven.
The people here are super friendly and the food is amazing you can make your own pizza or order one off the pre-made menu. The high rise crust does get a little well done but it's amazingggg

This is my favorite pizza spot! Love the food and it's consistently on point! I love the whole fresh pizza line up and was blown away after trying it. The cheese and veggies and meats are always fresh and yummy. And they stretch out your pizza dough to order. They have a bunch of different red , white, and more pizza sauces to choose from. They also have gluten free crust, cauliflower crust, and more alternative crust options.I highly recommend. They always are friendly here too. The manager Sam really has that store looking great!I feel like the whole staff really does care about the customers. Sam is definitely my favorite to see he always thanks me for coming in, and if there is a line he thanks me for being patient. Makes me feel good. I am never disappointed. I highly recommend 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this is the garlic pesto large pizza and the blood orange lemonade ? lemonade is so good I'd come here just for that
Blaze has been one of my favorite restaurants ever since college - great pizza, great service, and super fast usually. This time around, I had to go check the name on the front of the building to make sure I hadn’t wandered into the wrong place. The service at this Blaze could be summarized with one word - horrendous. When asking for an update on our to-go order that was already 10 mins behind schedule the lady working rolled her eyes, grunted, and said we haven’t even started your order yet idk what to tell you. She then rolled her eyes again and walked away. I’ve lived in NOLA for two years now, been spit on by angry homeless men and yet my experience here is worse than any of that. As if the bad service wasn’t bad enough, they burnt every single one of the pizzas that were in my groups order. I wouldn’t recommend eating here even if you didn’t have taste buds. Lastly, this experience was so horrible we actually made friends with other customers who were at the restaurant and being subjected to equally bad service. I will commend Blaze on one thing though, no restaurant could ever top this bad idea service so they’re at least the best at something! Oh one last thing, 1 star is generous, a zero option would be great.
My husband and I purchased a dozen pizzas for our daughters and their friends. Everyone was happy - that included a couple of Vegans and one who is Gluten Free. We got the special pizzas and a few make-your-own - all were very good! (I am from New York, so this is a big deal!) A few days later, we went back to say thanks and order another GF pizza and got to meet Sonny - What a great guy! He was so welcoming! He is the reason we will be back very soon. Thank you!
Bae brought back individual pizzas: 1 was meat lovers & the other was grilled chicken & mushroom.Thin crust but really good.Delicious!
