Great seafood plate. Shrimp were well cooked. Atmosphere Is terrific. All the sides were hot and tasty. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend when traveling to New Orleans you try this place.

Took our family to BB Kings because it offered live jazz music in the middle of the day. Our kids loved this place! The music was great, the food was excellent and reasonably priced, and our server, Kiki, was awesome! She went out of her way to help the picky eaters find something they loved! Later that night, we split up and 2 in our group went right back for drinks and music! Definitely will be back! #1 pick in NOLA for live music and eats!
Great place to wander into and enjoy music spontaneously as we strolled near the french market on Decatur. Good food and drinks and a nice location for an afternoon or evening. *We were last there before the Covid-19 shutdowns

We visited BB Kings on 3 different occasions during out 5 day visit to NOLA. The 1st and 2nd were great experiences. Food great, bartender recommended great drinks and music was entertaining and fun to sing and dance to. Our last visit was a completely different experience. Waiter too forever to come take our drink order and dinner order, after food was delivered to our table he never came back to ask if we needed anything further. I ordered another round of drinks on happy hour and didn't get them at all. Music playing was ok seemed karaokeish. So keep in mind I guess depending on the staff this establishment can be hit and miss.

The band was cool but way too loud so nobody could hear anything at all. It would've been nice if they told us at the time we arrived there was an entertainment fee also. We waited for a while before we realised the hostess forgot about us and sat all the people who came in after while my very pregnant self was about to sweat to death in the heat. Our waitress kept disappearing. Food was good but the best was the macaroni. Took a long time to get our food also.
We had a great diner here; the band was really nice and swinging, the service was great. We just loved it! And so did our 10 year old. Nice place to go to if you have children and want to enjoy some music.
