This was a birthday celebration for me and everything was perfect! It's been a few years since we dined here and I remembered what I was missing.The food was absolutely delicious and the wine pairing for each course was the perfect selection. Hubby and I are already planning our next visit.

10/10 experience and food art! 1ï¸â£Amouse-bouche Delicious creamy mouse, garlicky clouds. 2ï¸â£Yellowtail Tiradito For me itâs a play on ceviche. Paired with the wine itâs a heavey sweet sour extravaganza. 3ï¸â£Burrata Stuffed Squash Blossoms Lightly fried and perfectly filled. These squash blossoms are to die for. 4ï¸â£Ballotine Rabbit Rich and flavorful. The sauce is amazing and the peppery wine marries perfectly with the rabbit meat. Amazing! 5ï¸â£Veal Tenderloin Sweet, delicate, and impressive. For a non mushroom lover this dish was a pleasent surprise. 6ï¸â£Blueberry âShortcakeâ Perfectly sweet and savory this dish is an explosion in your mouth. Paired with the most delicious wine Iâve ever had (I am a sweet tooth). This was a perfect ending to a perfect meal.
