I came in On March 4 at approximately 9:15pm , the bartender (Ms. Cheryl) had a bad cough, she was also blowing her nose and at no point did she feel the need to wash her hands. A guy at the bar asked for something from the bar caddy, she used her hands and grabbed a few of whatever it was he asked for. I closed my tab and left my drink. That was absolutely disgusting to witness!I love Artisan but that was a bit much!
This was one of the best drag brunches I’ve ever been to…and I’ve been to quite a few! Imani was a GEM and the host was so funny! The manager went out of her way to make space for us even though I messed up the tickets, which was so nice and made our day! ❤️?
First, I was served a beer that was warm + 3/4 foam. We kinda laughed and just poured it into a paper cup and choked it down… didn’t want to be rude. But then came the food. Place was empty, we ordered 2 hot dogs and fries. 30 minutes later, a plate of cold mush comes out. When I say cold, i mean these hot dogs were placed on a grill for 5 seconds out of the fridge, then plated. The bartender/owner apologized but clearly didn’t care. Worst eating experience I’ve had in recent memory. Will never go back and advise you to find somewhere else that takes pride in what they do and takes responsibility… it’s New Orleans after all. $42 for 2 cold hot dogs, average fries, and a warm 6oz of beer is pretty god awful.
The food was amazing however the bartender was a little nervous and didn't realize that it wasv1218 when we wanted lunch. My bill was outrages 3 people was almost 100.00 for lunch that was too high. Would recommend if u have money to blow.great food,no vaping which was crazy to me.after the waitress became more comfortable, I really think because the owner was present she was nervous but what a pleasure she was.nice place just a too high!!!!
Excellent cheeseburgers and service at a great price. This is a neighborhood bar with delicious food and reminds me of an era almost gone. I recommend the onion rings
Thiis place has amazing chefs. drinks & the staff make sure you have what you need. Outdoor courtyard in the back with cool art. Great atmosphere.Street parking in a well lit, populated area & close to the streetcar line.
Went for Mama Honey's Drag show and the service was exceptional. There was always someone checking on us making sure we had everything we needed. Went for brunch and the breakfast burrito was huge.
