Omg let me start off by saying will never eat here again..my Wantons wear burnt ugh and then my steak was over cooked and cold. Then to too it off my wife's food was so dry how can pasta be dry like we wait for like 15 min for a manager to even speak to us but wait here comes the manager Amber to the rescue and made it right so needles to say I'll be back again . ? ? ? ? for management thank u for ur understanding Amber..
Never go there. Food not that good. If you have 3 drinks the waitress cuts you off. Horrible place
This is an atrocity. The people are disrespectful and the food was horrible. The manager didn’t even have on work attire, she had on pajamas ?. This is not somewhere you want to go if you looking for respect and quality food.
Second time trying this location and second time being disappointed. I picked up curbside and one of the items had a long hair in it. I tried calling the location but was immediately put on hold then eventually the call would end. This went on a few times each time I called back. Someone finally answered, and when I told her I just need to get the item refunded because we could not eat it that way, she said I needed to bring it back. When I said I shouldn’t have to go through that to simply get it refunded, she hung up on me. I called back again to ask for her name, but she instead put me through to a key holder. I explained I did not want the item replaced because I do not want to eat at this location again, but because I used a gift card, she would need the general manager to call me back. That never happened. While the key holder was friendly, the staff in general are unprofessional and the location is unsanitary.
T is the best bartender ! She complies with the regulation with checking ids when sitting at the bar ! She’s very attentive and she makes THE BEST DRINKS ! I came for tacos and lemon drop but they didn’t have the ingredients for a lemon drop but she recommended the long island, and she made it perfectly ! This was a pleasant visit
Idk what their problem is. Poor communication skills poor service. I told them I'm a poster. I post good and if they bad I post that. I'll never return to that location. Thank goodness I know all Applebee's aren't the same.
The food was mediocre at best. They were out of the one thing I eat there, so I had to go with a chips and dip. If wasn't good; the chips were greasy, over fried and unsalted; the dip was good after you got past the huge chunks of artichokes and long strings of spinach. The drinks should've been for kids because there was no alcohol to be found! We all felt like we were drinking expensive frozen Kool-Aid. We complained, no one came to see about it, so we stood complaining and vowed to never have our group meals there again. The only way to show someone you're not down for horrible drinks, food and service is to spend your money elsewhere.The only reason for the second star is the waitress we ended up getting after waiting so long! She was great and made it tolerable.
Upon entering Applebee’s restaurant in Aligers,I encountered the manger(Ms.Brandy)who explained that their was a 30 minute wait.At the time,I barely seen anyone seated, so asked her what was the wait when employees are just sitting at the bar and people at the other entrance where being seated and she said she look into it well that was 40 minutes ago so now I just left....poor service so if anyone encounters Ms.Brandy(The manager)because she play games while at work.
Our waitress Eugenia was terrific! Couldn't have asked for any better. The downfall was the hostess, Lexa I believe her name was. A person in that position should be alot more pleasant and she was anything but that.
