Great service and delicious food. The hubby and I did not have reservations and there was no wait time. ?. I'm not a grits person but I took a chance and their City Grits are chefs kiss. Mimosas and spiked iced coffee were absolutely on point.
This place, located on Magazine Steet with its cute shops and antiques stores, is the authentic New Orleans breakfast spot. The French toast (lemon custard) was amazing. Try the wonderful grits with Gouda! The pancakes and waffles are also excellent! The staff was very friendly, too! The specialty mimosas with strawberries or blueberries were excellent, too.
Great place for a light lunch. As usual in New Orleans, super friendly staff and very good food. We had lemon blueberry mimosas and a sandwich which we split between us. Could not fault any of it. Next door to the French truck cafe. Eating outside in the shade was wonderful.
Came for the first time a couple days ago. The waiter was ok. He didn’t go out his way to make us welcome or never checked in on us. Granted they were SUPER busy and he was helping at the bar. However, the manager was amazing! We thought he was the host. However turns out he is the jack of all trades. He ended up picking up the slack for the waiter. The bartender was so sweet and patient. Even when the party at the next table was being extremely mean to her. The food was delicious and everyone was super great. We will definitely return.
The servers and kitchen crew were so friendly and helpful. The bloody Mary was awesome and the food was sooooo good. We tried 4 different menu options and they were all good.
We visited on a Saturday for late breakfast/early brunch. Walked right in and were seated immediately. Friendly staff! Our waiter was also the bartender but she knew the menu very well! I had the chicken and waffles which was very good but typical. My daughter chose the Bourbon Street Pancakes with bananas and rum butter. This also some with eggs and bacon. They were fantastic! Highly recommend! I had an orange mimosa which was wonderful. My daughter had a strawberry mimosa that neither of us cared for. I know everyone is short staffed but I don’t think bartenders should be required to wait tables. She was doing her very best to help us but the bar was too busy! Overall definitely recommend this place. We enjoyed this whole neighborhood!
This is one of the best places I have ever eaten! Service was beyond amazing. Good was absolutely delicious. I had biscuits and gravy. So incredibly yummy. Eggs cooked perfectly and the grits were better than I can even explain. Friend enjoyed her French toast as well. Just go!!!

Always super delicious and consistent for brunch I love having this on a chill Sunday and then going for a stroll through the park. The eggs Benny is delicious even when it’s been delivered and I love how the put the sauce on the side. This place is comfort food no doubt.
