This place is my go to place to play a little video poker and unwind after a long day at work... Love the bartenders
The reason I gave it one star is because that's as low as I could go. I went in there a few years back and had their chili cheese fries and they were the worst I had ever tasted. They were horrible. They could choke a maggot. Can't say anything for the hospitality either. Next time I'm in New Orleans I will pass this place up
If you like a good old fashioned dive bar that treats you well and makes a stiff drink any time of day or night, this is the place.
Great little bar just off Bourbon Street where you will find some reasonable prices, friendly staff and maybe even your bar tender for that over priced bar.
Good service, and my fried shrimp sandwich (they didn't call it a po boy) had no right to be that perfectly made at 1am on a Wednesday. It's a dive, but it's a fun dive that executes and gets you perfectly fried shrimp and fries fast and cheap. Wonderful spot.
Showed up before closed and asked if I could get a drink to go, she hesitated and then said yes. She made me a shot instead of the drink I ordered, it was in a plastic cup meant for a drink but it was a shot with no ice, so it looked super short and bad, maybe it was meant to. You could have just said we’re closed for the night and I would of been on my merry way but you chose to serve what was probably less than an ounce unhappily, I still tipped 50% doesn’t mean you aren’t trash though.
Just a great bar to hang and drink.
Brought in the New Year in New Orleans. Stopped by this spot. Great atmosphere and nice scenery!
Good bar service and strong drinks. Just a short distance from Bourbon street.Several large screens with sports. For me, if they would play music instead of sportscasters it would make everyone happy.
Smallish place, seemed more local than tourist (which is generally better in my book). Bar tender was really friendly. I had the Alibi Sazerac. Definitely not watered down hootch. One drink = wasted. Hey, isn't that why you go to a bar.
